Pro: Migliorabile, con aggiunta di tisane e succhi di frutta.

Contro: La colazione

Pro: Ottima la posizione, molto gentile e disponibile il gestore, stanza piccola ma silenziosa si dormiva bene.

Contro: Migliorerei la colazione.

Pro: La posizione era ideale, nonostante la struttura si trovi in periferia e la poca distanza dagli ormeggi dei vaporetti permetteva di godere appieno la città, garantendo, al ritorno in struttura, tutto il relax e la privacy impossibili da avere in centro. In secondo piano la stanza era sufficientemente spaziosa e ben arredata con tanto di di divano, superfluo per chi non trascorre molto tempo in stanza. Infine il gestore si è dimostrato essere molto gentile e disponibile accomodando ogni richiesta.

Perfect stay far from the mess

Pro: Great location in a quiet, less touristic neighborhood, close to the Biennale gardens and Arsenale. The room exceeded expectations. The host is great at communicating before and during the stay, extremely helpful and friendly. The accommodation is also a good option for a conscious/sustainable stay.

Wonderful place, friendly and great location!

Pro: The location is amazing and the room is comfortable, spacious, and very clean. The host is so helpful, accommodating and really helped make the trip so good. I will definitely be back! A great spot to visit the Biennale or experience a very nice part of Venice away from the crowds but still accessible to the main areas. I am really glad I chose this place for my stay in Venice and highly recommend this property.

Pro: A goog calm place near the vaporetti stop. There are two place to have delicious dinner or supper.

Pro: The room was exactly as described and Alfonso always replied to mails very quickly.

Pro: The location was very good for us, two steps from the giardini biennale entrance. The bed was confortable, check in was easy, the host very helpfull.

Nice little room in a quiet part of Venice well situated for all the sights

Pro: In a quiet part of Venice, away from all the crowds but close to vaporettos to everything you want to see and do. Very helpful host. A very comfortable bed!
