We would definitely book this flat again!
Pro: The apartment was large, homely, comfortable, well set out across 3 floors and an amazing roof terrace. It’s well stocked with everything you need, including a coffee machine with capsules. Such a nice touch. It’s in a great location in the historical centre but in a quiet street, close to a couple of vaporetto stops. Luisa was really helpful and kind - great communication.
Contro: Nothing - we loved it!

Lovely house in a great location.
Pro: Excellent location, perfect for getting around key sites. Hosts extremely helpful and responsive. The property was clean and spacious, well maintained.
Contro: Air conditioning - I appreciate this is an old property so not easy to solve but the AC was limited. The top floor had built in unit which was great, the bedroom on the first floor was a portable unit which worked very well at cooling, however meant keeping a window open for the vent pipe and we’ve lost count of the mosquito bites we got between us. It was also too noisy for at night when sleeping. We went in August so would be a seasonal problem.

Wonderful short and central stay in Venice
Pro: The locations is great as it is very central, yet quiet and with immediate access to the St. Samuel vaporetto stop and easy walking distance with luggage to Sant Angelo Alilaguna stop. Owner Luisa was very easy to contact and very quick to respond and was also in touch with us during our visit. The accommodation is very clean and characterful as it extends over 5 storeys from the entrance on the quiet street to the terrace overlooking the rooftops.

Very convenient location with lovely balcony to chill out on with wonderful musical accompaniment!
Pro: Balcony was a lovely addition to the property. Loved all the original features & a great location. The communication from the hosts regarding how to access the location was superb. Good communication from Luisa during our stay to confirm all was in order.
Contro: Unfortunately there was an illness so check in was delayed, and there was a bit of confusion in communicating the changes. Notification that communication of any changes would be via WhatsApp would have been beneficial. Only disappointment was the size & quality of the towels and the water pressure in the shower.

Pro: Great location, just 100yds from San Samuele Vaperetto stop. Apartment was spotless and comfortable with typically Venetian decor. Lovely little roof terrace
Contro: wasn’t a problem for us but for the less mobile there were a lot of stairs

Perfect apartment to explore Venice.
Pro: The location is so central to walk everywhere, or to catch a waterbus. The roof Terrance was a real plus, couldn't see a lot apart from roofs, but it was a great space to sit and relax in the sun.
Contro: Being charged €20 for a later check in, when we were told the key would be in the key safe. We did have a very nice man meet us from the waterbus and take us to the apartment, which did make it very easy. But we could have made it there ourselves.

Fabulous stay in Venice
Pro: We were staying in the apartment as a family (4 of us). The photographs do not do it justice, it is very spacious, very clean and has everything you would need: excellent kitchen items including a lovely welcome pack of biscuits, jams, crackers. There was washing up liquid, coffee, sugar, olive oil etc. Lots of towels, very comfy beds and a great heating system. The terrace is beautiful with nice furniture, we had breakfast and evening drinks as we watched the boats on the canal. The hosts were very responsive and extremely helpful. The apartment is situated within easy walking distance of all the sights but was very quiet during the night. I would highly recommend this apartment.
Contro: There was not anything I did not like.
