Pro: The property is very well located. Very well maintained.

Pro: It was very clean and Valentina was a wonderful host. Would definitely stay there again. Highly recommend.

Buena ubicación.

Pro: Lo mejor del apartamento es la ubicación, ya que al estar cerca del puente de Rialto lo tienes todo a un paso, pero al mismo tiempo se trata de una calle tranquila con poco tránsito.

Contro: Las ventanas son de madera, no de PVC, por lo que el aislamiento acústico a la calle deja mucho que desear. Necesitaría cambiar las ventanas por unas más modernas.

Home Sweet Home

Pro: Nice having 2 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. There is another full bathroom downstairs that was a bonus for everyone in the family to get ready at the same time. Small fridge for your drinks & snacks. Small washer was a nice convenience but to there is no dryer.

Contro: Beware that you will need to carry luggage up to 2nd & 3rd floor bedrooms! It was a bit difficult to find at first. Take water taxi to San Silvestro dock.

Bestens gelegen, ruhiges komfortables Haus

Pro: 3 Bäder sind mehr als genug, Supermarkt gleich um die Ecke, sehr zentral gelegen.

Contro: Schlechter Geruch im oberen Bad, Ameisen wenn auch wenige gehen an die Nahrungsmittel. Unbedingte verschliessbare Behälter mitbringen

Wonderful stay with lots of room for a family with close access to everything!

Pro: Two completely separate bedrooms on different floors … each with their own full bathroom. This made it super convenient for family of 4!

Contro: Not a single thing :-)

Highly recommend! A beautiful place to stay, in an amazing city!

Pro: We truly loved everything! The property is tucked away in an area not far from the Rialto Bridge. Each room was well appointed with nice pillows, towels, and shower soaps. The rooms were large and comfortable with space for unpacking. The common room had everything we needed! The property owners are so nice & responsive!

Contro: We really have no complaints! Maybe some house numbers above would be nice.

We loved it and enjoyed our stay!

Pro: Each spacious bedroom was a master suite with a brand new en-suite bathroom. Both bedrooms which were located on the upper 2 levels could be locked out for privacy and security. The king beds were very comfortable and the bedding and new towels were high quality. The main floor living area was cozy and perfect for 2 couples to have an occasional meal and play some card games. The kitchen was nicely equipped, and at the time of our stay everything was new and high quality.

Contro: Not apartment-related, but it would be wise to be aware of the high tide tables as there can be flooded streets in Venice. The apartment had two steps up before entering and therefore no problems whatsoever inside, but a 105 cm high tide did flood the approach street a bit.
