Pro: L'appartamento è ampio, in un palazzo antico, su tre piani e molto suggestivo. Il bagno è stato rinnovato, la posizione è molto comoda e centrale. Perfetto per il nostro weekend! La fermata della gondola per attraversare il Canal grande si trova a pochi metri. La signora ci ha dato informazioni telefoniche precise e puntuali.

Contro: L'appartamento non ha le zanzariere e questo può essere fastidioso

A perfect stay in the heart of Venus

Pro: The location was perfect. Exactly a three minute walk to St Mark's Square. The apartment was very clean and very comfortable. We were four adults and we really had ample space to move around in the apartment.There is also a lounge area where you can all sit and enjoy a meal and simply relax and enjoy each other's company. The hostess was really helpful in showing us everything we needed to know. I would recommend this place to all who want to be in the heart of Venus and want a perfect place at a very reasonable price.

Contro: There was nothing not to like.

Pro: It was clean , comfortable , good and comfortable beds , fine toilet , hot water , airconditioning , near St Marcos place , Rialto and other squares around. The owner , although we didnt meet him , answered to all our questions and help us a lot. And no smelling at all!!!

Contro: I would like to have just one or two bottle of water in the refrigarator when we arrived , and to meet the house manager just to drive us to the place. He uses a video that shows us the way to get the keys , and find the door.

Pro: La calidez que tenía, te hacía sentir como si estuvieras en tu propia casa. Además, la casera es un encanto, estuvo muy pendiente de nosotras.

Contro: Que no lo reservé para más tiempo, estuvo tan bien que hubiera querido quedarme más

Pro: Me apaixonei por Veneza e um dos motivos foi essa acomodação. Nádia foi uma anfitriã muito querida. Acomodação confortável, limpa, bem localizada. Super recomendo.

Perfect place to stay!

Pro: Very clean and comfortable. Perfect location. Property had everything you would need.

Pro: Large space Staff was very responsive and helpful. Bus station to nearby dock from home is about 60 euros(they can arrange usually 20 euro more). Nearby dock to airport with private taxi was 170 euros (usually 150 if you find yourself)

Contro: One bathroom. Door lock didn't work. ACs need a break time to time otherwise will make noise. Ants on the first floor. No boat access directly to the place. Nearest one about 3 min walk, BUT two staircases to climb over with large bags was a pain to get to dock.

Pro: Konumu cok guzeldi. Sahibi direkt karsiladi ve her yonlendirmeyi kusursuz yapti. Gordugumuz en iyi ve isini bu kadar ciddiye alan tesislerden biriydi. Bir daha gelince yine ayni tesiste kalmayi planliyoruz
