Pro: Posizione ottima a meno di 10 minuti da piazzale Roma e ancora meno alla fermata del vaporetto sul canal grande. Comodo anche per 5 persone; c'è ovviamente una cucina abbastanza attrezzata, comunque noi abbiamo fatto colazione in un grazioso bar di fronte all'appartamento, sull'altra sponda del canale. Altra cosa utile è il market a qualche decina di metri. Diciamo che la sitemazione è piaciuta a tutta la famiglia e ha contribuito alla piacevolezza del viaggio.
Contro: più che altro mi permetterei di dare un suggerimento: oltre alla doccia presente nel bagno di piano terra, si potrebbe mettere un pannello di vetro alla vasca del bagno del primo piano, così da farsi la doccia più facilmente

Pro: Location was good, near to a grocery. It was also near the train station but not in a very busy area so less noise from the street. There are airconditioners in the bedrooms. The separate washer and dryer made washing clothes faster.
Contro: The toilet seat in the bathroom on the ground floor was loose and bothersome. Also the lights on the bedroom floor would go off at around 1115 pm for no reason. It will go back on after about 15 to 20 minutes.

The most delightful apartment in Venice, lovely hosts and everything you need so close by
Pro: This apartment was absolutely delightful. Our original accommodation was cancelled at short notice and I was so worried when I had to try to find somewhere else for us to stay. It turned out that I have never been so happy to have accommodation cancelled!! Malika and her husband were lovely hosts and their apartment is just gorgeous. So close to the train station, a supermarket only 50m away, a short walk to everything and endless restaurants nearby. We loved it.
Contro: For us the beds were a little on the hard side, but that's personal choice so might be perfect for others!

Πολύ όμορφο διαμέρισμα
Pro: Είναι ένα γραφικό παραδοσιακό διαμέρισμα 2 ορόφων μπροστά σε ένα όμορφο κανάλι της Βενετίας. Είναι σαν να είναι το σπίτι σου σε μια όμορφη γειτονιά της Βενετίας με όλα όσα χρειάζεται μια οικογένεια. Έχει δίπλα σούπερ μάρκετ και εστιατόρια.
Contro: Τα είδη μπάνιου ήταν για μία ημέρα ενώ μείναμε τρεις μέρες. Τα στρώματα είναι πολύ σκληρά θέλουν αλλαγή.

If you don't want to stay in a formal hotel, this Quaint place is for you!!
Pro: We have stayed here several times and always enjoyed it. It is a complete 2 story house that you have all to yourself. The location is great, within walking distance of everything. It is on a canal, near the train station. There is a grocery store a few doors down and a great little place for rolls and coffee just across the canal (Yes, there is a walking bridge very close by). There are also great places to eat right behind the building. While the saying goes that everyone should get lost in Venice at least once, Google maps has saved the day a number of times while wandering to see all of the sights.
Contro: This are not a criticisms, only suggestions. It would be helpful to leave matches or a firestarter for the manual gas range as many guests are non smokers and do not carry matches with them. It's hard to make pasta without a gas flame!! Also, Please leave a useable wi-fi password in the unit. The posted one is out of date, and even after phone calls I was unable to obtain one that worked.
