Pro: Posto molto accogliente, il gestore della struttura Riccardo, gentilissimo e disponibile, struttura pulita, letto confortevole. Posizione della struttura ideale per visitare Venezia. Consiglio questa struttura. Ottimo il tutto.

Pro: Riccardo è stato gentilissimo e disponibile. La camera, all’interno di un antico palazzo veneziano, era molto spaziosa e accogliente, con un letto comodissimo. Lo Consiglio vivamente, anche per la posizione (vicina alla fermata del traghetto)

Pro: Locazione turistica ubicata nel sestiere di Dorsoduro, vicino alla zona universitaria, a 15’ a piedi da Stazione e Piazzale Roma e a 2’ dalla fermata del vaporetto di Ca’ Rezzonico. Le camere sono all’interno di un appartamento arredato con mobili antichi, e sono confortevoli e silenziosissime. Bagno funzionale, dotato di prodotti biologici. Riccardo è un host super accogliente, disponibile, attento e orgoglioso del lavoro che fa. Un orgoglio che riesce a trasmettere ai suoi ospiti. In prossimità della locazione, si trovano una molteplicità di servizi e numerosi bar, osterie e ristoranti, tra l’adiacente Campo San Barnaba e il vicino Campo Santa Margherita. Struttura certamente consigliata per attenzione e cura verso l’ospite e per l’ubicazione strategica.

Pro: Abbiamo soggiornato nella casa di Riccardo e l’esperienza è stata davvero piacevole. La stanza è stupenda, ampia, curata nei dettagli e con un letto enorme e comodissimo. Il palazzo antico in pieno centro ha un fascino unico e ti fa sentire subito a casa. Riccardo è stato gentilissimo e sempre disponibile, davvero un ottimo host! Il bagno è esterno alla stanza, ma è privato e molto pulito, quindi nessun disagio. Consigliatissimo!

A wonderful host with a spacious private room in a central location in Venice.

Pro: Echi d’Oriente is literally less than 5 minutes walk from Ca’ Rezzonico pier. Arrival from M.Polo airport by water was easy and a fun way to reach the city. The location is an easy walk to all directions, with Accademia, Peggy Guggenheim, San Marco and Rialto all within walking distance. For a solo woman travelling, the area was safe and quiet, even at 2:30 in the morning, walking back from my event, I felt reassured. The room itself was large and spacious - Warm lighting and comfortable. Riccardo is a thoughtful host with attention to details.

Contro: Upon first arrival, it is not obvious where the apartment is- but Riccardo was quick to response and immediately came to open the front door. There is a flight of steep stairs, not difficult but not for those with accessibility issues.

Highly recommend for anyone looking to experience the authentic side of Venice in a beautiful, comfortable setting.

Pro: A Charming Venetian Gem – A True Local Experience Staying in this quintessential old (1400s) Venetian home was an absolute delight. Full of charm and curiosities, the space had so much character — especially the breathtaking Murano glass chandelier in our room, which was a true showstopper. Our room was very spacious, the bed was comfortable, and we appreciated having air conditioning and a private bathroom for added comfort. Ricardo, our host, was incredibly welcoming and clearly passionate about his hometown. He shared wonderful local tips and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The location was perfect — just a short walk from the Ca' Rezzonico vaporetto stop and surrounded by excellent local restaurants. We loved being tucked away from the tourist crowds, feeling like we were living among locals, yet everything in Venice was still easily accessible either on foot or by vaporetto.

Great place, sure we will consider for future trips.

Pro: Beautiful and clean environment with very nice antique forniture. The host was also very kind and available for support. The location is prime in a very central area and close to the ferry boat stop.

Pro: My wife and I loved staying in Ricardo's property. (1) Ricardo, who is a true Venetian, was very welcoming, gave us some excellent recommendations for places to eat and things to do in Venice, and told us a good bit of history; (2) really comfortable bed; (3) great soap and shampoo; (4) very quiet. Highly recommend.

Pro: Localizacao ótima, a propriedade por si só é um pedaço da história veneziana. E o host Ricardo dá uma liçao de cultura pra quem tiver tempo de conversar com ele! Fora os livros... passar a noite lendo as cartas dd kafka (em uma edicao de 1959) foi excelente!

Contro: De nao poder ficar mais tempo!!

Noche en Venecia

Pro: Pasamos una noche en Venecia: después de estar todo el día recorriendo la ciudad,fue un gustazo llegar a dormir sobre camas super cómodas. Buena calefacción y el baño impecable Ricardo fue muy amable. Nos envió información sobre los lugares a los que ir, donde coger transporte etc etc.
