Pro: È un luogo che consiglio vivamente. Il palazzo è antico, ma ristrutturato da poco. Le stanze confortevoli, moderne, ma con qualche tocco equilibrato dal sapore antico. Un mix ben riuscito. Il Signor Nicola ci ha gentilmente fornito indicazioni e consigli.La zona è perfetta per visitare la città, sicura la sera.

Pro: Un posto che consiglierei con grande piacere. Vittoria è stata molto gentile e accogliente, sempre disponibile. La camera era molto confortevole e molto pulita. Si trovava molto vicino al centro.

Soggiorno confortevole in una zona centrale ma tranquilla
Pro: Stanza moderna, pulita e confortevole. Lo staff è accogliente e sempre disponibile. La zona è strategica sia per raggiungere il centro sia per arrivare a Piazzale Roma, che si trova a ca. 10/15 minuti a piedi. La stradina in cui si trova il B&B può sembrare un po’ appartata a primo impatto, ma la zona, in realtà, sembra piuttosto sicura, anche di sera. Ho apprezzato molto il check-in anticipato grauito.
Contro: La scala che dal cortile interno conduce alle stanze è piuttosto ripida, ma non crea difficoltà a chi non abbia seri problemi di mobilità. L’unico dettaglio meno convincente è il fastidioso rumore del condizionatore utilizzato per il riscaldamento. Ho dovuto aspettare oltre 10 giorni per la fattura, nonostante l'avessi richiesta già in struttura.

Ottimo soggiorno in una chicca a Venezia
Pro: Struttura nuova, ben arredata e in posizione comoda per girare a piedi Venezia. Personale molto cordiale e disponibile per qualsiasi richiesta (consiglio ristoranti ecc).
Contro: Nulla. Delle pantofole di cortesia in camera sarebbero state gradite.

Pro: Everything clean and fresh! Feels like at home The room is fresh, as if it has just been renovated! There is plenty of space, and everything is in its place :) It feels like we hit the jackpot with this accommodation.

Pro: I really liked the coziness of the place and the helpfulness of Vittoria and the easy and quick replies to every WhatsApp message I sent everything was really helpful and smooth and I also really liked that the place is close to everything and that the restaurants around it are very good
Contro: Unfortunately I was uncomfortable with the heater in my room as it was making a loud noise. In addition, on my second night I noticed a strong smell of cigarette smoke coming from the neighboring room I reported this to the reception

Great location, high spec rooms, great base for exploring but don't expect a fully featured hotel.
Pro: Firstly it's a little quirky but overall it's an excellent place to base yourself for a stay in Venice. The location is the absolute best feature. It's right in the heart of the city and everything you need is a short walk from the door. The staff were super friendly and helpful, the room was small but very nicely finished to a high spec and clean, had a nice bathroom and although basic it was everything we needed for a 4 day long weekend. If you're going to explore the city need a nice base to return to change, sleep and shower then it's got everything you need. It's not got all the features of a hotel but if you're going to be out in the city exploring, eating out and just need a really nice room in the middle of the city then it's spot on. We'd book again without hesitation. It's a new hotel but a very old building and they look to be adding to it and I hope it goes well.
Contro: The rooms open out into the main reception area which is a little odd but it's not a big deal.
