Flat with canal view near San Marco

Great location, roomy comfortable apartment, owner we met and was extremely helpful and welcoming. Would recommend this

Pro: Brilliant location with lovely views of the canal and gondolas. Well equipped with plenty towels great air conditioning and very clean. Great directions and instructions from Nikos prior to our visit which made everything so much easier.

Contro: Nothing. It was lovely.

Pro: Nice, large apartament in the center of Venice. Also the host is a nice, helpful guy.

Contro: More heat during rainy days to dry clothes :).

Pro: Amazing location, Nikos was helpful and even held onto our luggage which was hugely useful. Bedroom is beautiful and the view from the window onto the canal feels very Venetian.

Contro: Shower is very cramped and changes temperature a fair bit. The TV isn’t smart so is fairly useless for tourists (not a huge problem as you mostly want to be out in Venice!)

It was an unforgettable trip to Venice and looking to come again soon

Pro: it is a wonderful apartment, fully equipped and have a large space... very comfortable and great location. Nikos is a very nice guy and very supportive specially for the people who visit Venice for the first time.. Thanks Nikos

Excellent experience in a wonderful apartment

Pro: Nikos is a great host. He sent really detailed instructions on how to get to the property from the airport. Once we got off the boat he also included maps and images which made it crystal clear where we were going. It was easy to reach him and he was available for questions. He even swung by to clean the apartment during our one week stay. The apartment is spaceous and comfortable and is just like the images online. Wifi worked great and he left some goodies in the apartment to greet us when we arrived. Perfecto!

Contro: Nothing.

Pro: Everything is super. The host Nikos provides you each possible and impossible information, instructions how to reach apartment, how to use everything inside, where is everything in the location around. The apartment is cleaned, warm and equiped by all necesseties. The window looks at the marvelous vew. San Marco Castle is nearby. The apartment is in the second floor, so please pay attention that you should come there by foot, if you have some problem with it.

Outstanding place!

Pro: Wonderful stay in Venice! The flat is incredibly spacious, with a huge bedroom, a nice bathroom, and a fully furnished kitchen – even with coffee, tea, wine, and a bottle of prosecco at your disposal. The view of the canal is breathtaking. From the balcony, you can watch gondolas passing by, and you'll often hear some singing as well. Last but not least, our host Nikos was absolutely outstanding: very friendly from the beginning to the end, extremely helpful, and attentive. He even provided us with several tips on tourist routes to make the most of our visit to Venice
