Contro: It is a top floor apartment which some people may struggle with but this also means a fine view from your balcony upon beautiful Venice.

Pro: L'appartement était parfaitement organisé, tout était à sa place. La vue depuis le balcon était magnifique, un véritable régal pour les yeux. De plus, l'emplacement est très central, idéal pour découvrir toute la ville. Un séjour très agréable!

Bardzo polecam to mieszkanie!
Pro: Lokalizacja i widok z balkonu na Pałac Dożów, kopuły Bazyliki Świętego Marka oraz Wieżę Świętego Marka są po prostu fenomenalne. Każdy poranek i wieczór spędzaliśmy na balkonie, siedząc na wygodnych fotelach. Wszędzie blisko. Kuchnia świetnie wyposażona. Łóżko bardzo wygodne.
Contro: Oczywiście mogłoby być taniej, ale za taką jakość też czasem warto zapłacić więcej, a i Wenecja do najtańszych nie należy.

Wie eine eigene Wohnung um die Ecke vom Markusplatz
Pro: Top Lage. Perfektes Appartement mit toller Ausstattung. Noch nie in einer Ferienwohnung eine so gut ausgestattete Küche gesehen. Riesenauswahl an Töpfen und Kochutensilien. Großer Kleiderschrank, 2 Kofferablagen, wifi, TV mit Netflix- an alles wurde gedacht. Toller Balkon mit Traumausblick über den Dächern von Venedig. Man konnte sich fühlen wie in einer eigenen Wohnung. Alles hat absprachegemäß geklappt. Schlüssel hing in der Keybox. Ich würde gerne wiederkommen und es auch weiterempfehlen.
Contro: Das ist keine Beschwerde, denn man wird wirklich im voraus oft genug darauf hingewiesen, aber der Treppenaufstieg auf engen Stufen in den 5. Stock ist wirklich anstrengend. Aber das ist halt der Preis tür den Top Ausblick und ich wusste, worauf ich mich einlasse. Nicht so schön ist, dass der Intervall für das Treppenhauslicht zu kurz ist, um mit Gepäck nach oben zu kommen und dann steht man plötzlich mittendrin im Dunkeln. Hier war ich froh über meine Handytaschemlampe. Auch schade, dass man wenn man auf dem Balkon sitzt, die lauten Abluftanlagen der Restaurantküchen der umliegenden Häuser hört. Das endet erst gegen 23 Uhr ,wenn die Restaurants schliessen. Aber daran kann die Inhaberin nichts ändern. Und nur ein Tipp: Dieses gemütliche Appartement wird (für meinen Geschmack) zum abends sitzen ungemütlich durch die kaltweißen Energiesparlampen. Ist wie in einer Zahnarztpraxis. Schön wären hier einfach warmweiße Glühbirnen.

Basic apartment with an incredible view
Pro: This apartment is all about the view. The terrace was perfect and where we spent all of our time at the apartment. The location is also wonderful, so close to the hustle of St. Mark's square, but also enough removed that it's quite quiet in the apartment. It is centrally located and easy to get to other spots on the island as well as only a 4 minute walk to the closest ferry dock. There is also air conditioning in the unit which is perfect for those hot days and walking up the five flights up stairs.
Contro: The apartment itself is quite basic, if you rent this place it will be for the terrace and it's beautiful view. My partner and I would have benefitted from more than just two towels and four coffee pods over our 4 night stay. If you need darkness to sleep then I suggest bringing an eye mask, the curtains allow a lot of light in but this could easily be remedied by adding another panel or two. There were directions in the apartment that stated garbage needed to be brought to the garbage collection site upon check-out; however, I had to direct message the owner to get more information about where exactly this was. It turns out the depot is a few streets away which felt like an unreasonable ask when already paying a cleaning fee.

Contro: Je moet ca. zes smalle trappen op en de verlichting deed het niet. In het pikkedonker met een koffer is dat gevaarlijk.

Exelent, but...
Pro: The view from the terrace was awesome. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the room was clean and comfortable. Exelent location!
Contro: On the downside, the fifth floor had no elevator and the stairs were very steep and narrow, making it difficult to carry our luggage up to the apartment. We would recommend this accommodation to anyone who is not travelling with a lot of luggage.
