Tiepolo's Apartment

Appartamento particolare, situato in ottima posizione

Pro: Posizione ottima, nel verde, fuori dal caos ma a 15 minuti a piedi da San Marco. Struttura pulita, proprietario simpatico ed accogliente.

Pro: Posizione strategica per recarsi a piedi a visitare la Biennale, e a due passi da Via Garibaldi e dai suoi localini tipici. Appartamento molto carino, pulito e silenzioso. Proprietario estremamente disponibile e gentile. Straconsigliato!

Cosy place in a good location

Pro: Its location was perfect in a quiet area not far from the centre. It has its own style and it's well-equipped. Everything (vaporetto stop, shops and restaurants) are within easy reach and it's also close to a park so you also see a lot of greenery.

Contro: It's a bit damp (although it's probably natural in Venice), also a bit dark. The cover of chairs needs cleaning or replacing. The fridge was full of bottles of expired soft drinks. Last but not least we couldn't close the window due to the unusual placement of the air-conditioner.

Pro: We felt welcomed from the moment we booked the place. Information and suggestions provided were very useful.The atmosphere of the place was great. All little details - unique.

Contro: All was fine.

Venice

Pro: Beautiful old style apartment, close to the main attractions,in the apartment you have everything for short stay. Warm and clean . Super friendly host! thank you!

Pro: this place is a real gem - hints of saint marks in the stone floors, whispers of Carlo Scarpa and Umbertp Riva everywhere else. We loved it. And Castello area is very down to earth and interesting - a respite from over tourism elsewhere in Venice.

Cozy, calm, comfortable and very convenient.

Pro: Quiet and perfectly located to my Art Biennale stuff and the Via Giuseppe Garibaldi is super convenient.

Contro: Nothing really. I’m a big guy so the shower overflowed a bit lol and I forgot my toothpaste, and there’s none in the house. But that’s more my own problem.

Pro: Beautiful and cozy little apartment, 1 minute walk away from main street with a lot of local restaurants and cafes - it feels very authentic and Italian, which we liked the most about the location. It’s close enough to the centre of Venice that you can easily walk, but far enough that you don’t get crowds of tourists around every single corner! Which was a huge plus. The apartment itself was well-equipped, it’s nice to have the little things (such as olive oil, salt, etc), as you normally don’t get that in other hotels. Even though Venice was quite cold over our stay, heating worked perfectly and we felt comfortable and cozy. Bathroom was also very well equipped with big shower head and decent space. Check in and check out was also very smooth and easy

Contro: Maybe one extra little mirror in the bedroom would be nice! So it’s easier to get ready :)

Great stay

Pro: Brilliant location within walking distance of St Marks etc. Very quiet area in a neighbourhood full of great cafes and restaurants. The apartment was clean, warm, and very convenient. Ideal for a short stay in a fabulous city.. Good communication from Albert on getting around, etc.

Contro: . It could do with some wine glasses, apart from that. I'm very happy with our stay
