Pro: Pulita, confortevole, dotata di tutte le comodità, in un punto strategico per arrivare al centro a piedi in pochi minuti, vicinissima a supermercati e ristoranti, i proprietari sono gentilissimi e super presenti se si ha bisogno di aiuto e informazioni, torneremo sicuramente appena possibile a Venezia e in questo bellissimo alloggio

Pro: L'accoglienza, il confort, la vicinanza ai negozi. Ottimo come base per partire a vedere i luoghi magici di Venezia.

Pro: Great apartment, located on quiet district of the town, but with quick access to all the points of interest. Clean and cozy, with all needed kitchen equipment. Very warm and helpful hosts!

Pro: Nice spacious apartment in the less touristy, but equally beautiful part of Venice. Great host.

Contro: Bed is quite hard, quite dark

Pro: We were greeted by Nico who was so welcoming and lovey, he gave us some really good pointers about where to go and top spots. Overall the apartment was perfect for our stay

Just perfect!

Pro: Quiet neighborhood, away from the hustle and bustle of the touristy areas and yet close to both Arsenale and Giardini water bus stops. Also easy to reach from the airport with the Alilaguna boat. Spacious two bedroom apartment suitable for 4 people (we were two). All facilities available for cooking and A/C working nicely. Being a ground floor apartment made it even easier to access. The landlord was very pleasant, likable and helpful. He suggested some restaurants in the area to go to and pointed out the stores and supermarket nearby.

Contro: Not one thing

Pro: Absolutely loved my stay at Venice! The apartment was beautifully decorated and perfectly located, just a short walk from St. Mark's Square. But what really made my stay special was the exceptional hospitality from Nico. He was incredibly attentive, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. Highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for a authentic Venetian experience!

Pro: The apartment was small but well equipped. It was clean and tidy with 2 double rooms of a decent enough size, both with air-conditioning, which was perfect given the heat outside. I stopped with myself and my daughter for her birthday and did not spend too much time inside, but it was nice to come back and relax after long days out. Nico was very hospitable and helpful, checking in each day to make sure everything was OK and if we needed anything, which I thought was a nice touch. It was not luxurious but perfect for our needs, and the location was excellent for us, just outside the main hustle and bustle of Venice with a nice strip of restaurants and small supermarkets just a few hundred metres away. The boat stop was just a few hundred metres away, also making it convenient for any travel needs. I took a bit of a gamble as it was well priced but with no reviews, so I was not sure what to expect, but i was pleasantly surprised.

Contro: Needed more plug sockets in the kitchen as they had one available. Maybe a plug extension would be useful.
