Pro: posizione ideale vicino alla stazione. le tre camere da letto hanno tutte il letto matrimoniale e sono grandi e confortevoli. il bagno ha doccia e sanitari nuovi.

Contro: ci sono tanti accessori nella cucina, ma trattandosi di un appartamento in affitto sarebbe stato gradito trovare almeno una bottiglia dell'acqua e un rotolo di carta assorbente nella cucina. non c'è riscaldamento nel bagno, nel periodo invernale è poco confortevole.

Pro: Great Location and beds were so so comfy! Very easy check-in process.

Nice appartment

Pro: Everything was to the expected standard. We generally had no issues with the apartment, furniture, lighting etc. The kitchen has stove and microwave, no oven. We had a great stay.

Contro: We had to sign a lease but we were only doing a holiday retal. We were not made aware of the leade terms of agreement until we had to electronically book in just prior to staying. The lease has an enormoud amount of requirements. Read them all!

Pro: everything was perfect, the location is great, the apartment is very large and cozy, everyone was satisfied) There is plenty of space in each room, so if you come with a large group, everyone will feel comfortable.

Pro: The location is right on the island of Venice, very close to major tourist attractions and perfect if you don’t have a lot of time to spend

Pro: The house was quite spacious, clean. The beds were comfortable and cozy. It was very close to the train station. We're home safe and sound. Thank you for everything.

Great stay but things to consider

Pro: Location was fantastic - it was close to the train station and the Grand Canal. Only one small bridge to go over before you arrive at your location. Affordable restaurants and two grocery stores nearby. It was in a quiet area and the outside shutters blocked the light in the morning to get longer sleep. The bedrooms are larger than I thought with lots of space. Each room has a wardrobe and air conditioning (although one room did not have a remote control). The beds were two single mattresses together and on the firm side. The kitchen had more than enough plates, glasses, cutleries. Good hot water.

Contro: Not a criticism but my experience was: 1. There are 50 steps to the accommodation. 2. When we arrived, the dryer was full with wet linen. 3. Has ironing board but could not find an iron. Has a washing machine but could not find any detergent. 4. The spare toilet paper seemed to be leftover half rolls from previous guests. For family of 5, they did not last our 4 day stay. 5. One set of keys. What I did not like, however, is the check in process. You receive an email with the check in process 3 days before arrival (this was my experience). You are asked to activate your camera and take a photo of each person staying in the accommodation holding the passport and then the passport itself. Then you are asked to read 5 pages of “Short Term Lease Contract and Service Contract” and electronically sign 3 pages. There is a table of what they will charge you if you break/damage/ruin/replace any items. The cost of some items to replace seem excessive - eg Disappearance and/or breakage of kitchen equipment (crockery, cutlery etc) starts from 30 Euro. Had I known this earlier, I would have thought twice booking this place, but because of the late notification of the check in process, it would have been difficult to find an alternative accommodation at similar price.

Overall had a good stay

Pro: Spacious apartment in a great location. It was clean and with a great kitchen

Contro: Stairs up to the apartment.

Amazing Venice

Pro: Appartment was beautiful, clean and comfortable. It was very neat and had everything you could need. Very central to all the attractions and close to the main train station. There are lovely local bars, restaurants and a supermarket nearby. The owner was very accommadating and helpful. Top class.

Contro: Nothing not to like

Pro: Had some problems with opening key box. Host responded fast and helped through WhatsApp. Got box open. Very good location and specious apartment for family.
