Great modern apartment - really convenient location when arriving from bus or train station.

Pro: Modern, comfortable property with space for a family of 5. A little further away from the central area but walkable to St Marks Square in 25 minutes and a nice way to explore the city on the way. Really convenient for the train and bus stations - only a 10 minute walk to both.

Contro: It was a little cold and we had no way of turning on the heating. It is on the second floor with no lift - this was ok for us, but may be difficult for some people to manage with their luggage.

A great stay in a lovely apartment.

Pro: great space and the air conditioner was very welcome on the hot days.

Contro: Nothing it was very good. lots of stairs but that’s to be excepted in Venice, where accommodation is scarce.

Beautiful Modern Property

Pro: We liked the size, cleanliness, comfort, facilities, i.e., aircon, skylight, etc., kitchen essentials, i.e., fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, kettle and all cutleries as well as the availability of a lift.

Contro: Maybe the views, but it wasn't important.
