Pro: L'appartamento, benché poco luminoso, è molto carino. Arredato semplicemente ma con gusto, con tutto il necessario per cucinare. Si trova in un posto tranquillo. Il quartiere non è turistico, ma anche vicino la stazione. Uno vorrebbe stare di più.

Prezioso angolo di tranquillità

Pro: Posizione fantastica, nel cuore di Venezia ma in un angolo tranquillo. Arredamento raffinato e funzionale. Vicino a ca'Pesaro (collezione d'arte da non perdere), vicino a ristoranti economici e semplici, a pochi minuti da fantastico Bacaro el fradeo... abbiamo passato davvero un bel weekend.

Pro: Era come essere a casa. In un ottima posizione (stazione, vaporetti) tranquilla. Gentilissima accoglienza e grande disponibilità del proprietario

Contro: Forse, fossimo stati in due, avrei sentito la mancanza di un armadio. Ma da single è perfetta

Perfect place to stay in Venice

Pro: amazing host! got recommended a nice restaurant with great price and of course-food and drinks. got everything expected for a trip in venice. apartment is equipped with stunning design furniture and great for instagrammable photos haha my friend and I was there for girls trip and totally enjoyed it! also has the dishes and all the basic needs, salt pepper and even olive oil! was easy to have some breakfast there as well. Also very great location, close enough from both bus and railway station. had hard 10 min walk from the bus station with big luggage across few bridges, but was worth enough. vaporetto station is right around the corner, easy to get to anywhere around!

Contro: Wi-fi was not really available in living room area. working fine within the bedroom and toilet, and beware of stiff stairs if you have massive suitcase!

Pro: The organizer Nicola, was really nice and helped me a lot when I had a problem with another apartment. It was a great stay and I would stay there again when I come to Venice.

We had a great time staying in Venice and would stay in this apartment again.

Pro: Fantastic location, very close to a vaporetto stop. Lots of restaurants/ bars close by for breakfast, lunch and dinner! Well equipped and comfortable apartment with very friendly hosts.

Contro: A second armchair would have been lovely; and a suitcase rack.

Great home base apartment for couples.

Pro: Had a great time in Venice, 2 nights. It was nice we didn't have to walk too far to this apartment from either the bus or train station, the perfect balance. Rolling & lifting luggage over stone streets and many many many bridges can be difficult for some, this apartment was the perfect place to start our Venice tour. Apartment is a great size for couples and our host Nicola was very kind & helpful, meeting us upon arrival, also made restaurant recommendations. Thanks!
