Great stay

Pro: Great location, the apartment is clean and well equipped with everything you need even for a longer stay. Loved the kitchen with the french balcony with the view on the canals. Communication with the host was good. Strongly recommend the accommodation!

Contro: The towels provided are made of poliester (syntetic), I think they must be 100% cotton! The pillows are too soft and shallow inside but you can take two to make them fuller. I didn't like the fact that I needed to sort trash and keep in mind of the days and time to give it to the garbagemen. We were leaving on sunday when there was no garbage service so we needed to take it with us while carrying our luggage to search for a bin to throw it away and it was pretty inconvenient...

Pro: location is perfect. Quiet zone, 5 min walk to vaporetto Line1, two marvellous piazzas near buy with excellent trattorias, COOP, and cafe shops. The appartment is very comfortable, sunny, and fully equipped. Kitchen is perfect.

Contro: The TV could be upgraded to a smart TV and this is the only I can think as improvement.

A lovely apartment with excellent facilities in a quiet area close to good amenities

Pro: The location was excellent slightly off the beaten track but very close to excellent local shops and restaurants which we prefer to a busy tourist area. The apartment was lovely and the views superb.

Excellent stay, great flat with very nice interior

Pro: Wonderful location in the heart von Venice. Very nice interior with an extraordinary library. Excellent equipped kitchen. We will come back.

Contro: The only room for improvement would be the bed. It was fine but we wish it matched the calibre of the rest of the apartment.

Pro: I loved the location, it was a perfect balance of lively but not touristic. The home is gorgeous and artistic, and it's sunny.

Contro: The rules for throwing out trash were very confusing and hard to follow -- would have loved if the property could be responsible for trash instead.

Pro: L’emplacement est calme, accolé à un canal. Il faut accepter d’entendre les gondoliers et bateaux à moteur se mettre au travail dès 7.30. Et une fine équipe marcher au pas, martelant le sol, tout aussi tôt. Ainsi qu’un coup de sonnette à 8.30 pour les poubelles 😉

Geräumiges, schönes und gut ausgestattetes Appartement

Pro: Schönes, geräumiges Appartement, für 2 Personen bestens geeignet. Tolle Lage, in unmittelbarer Nähe einer Piazza mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Supermarkt, Bäcker, Obst- und Gemüsehändler und einigen Restaurants. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet.

Contro: Das Badezimmer hätte besser gereinigt werden können. Die Duschablage, die Armaturen und die Wände der Dusche wiesen noch deutliche Spuren der letzten Gäste auf. In der Ablage lag ein Stück Seife mit Haaren darauf. Die Kopfkissen waren sehr abgenutzt. Die Füllung war ziemlich klumpig. Die Bettwäsche war zwar sauber, aber fleckig.
