Wonderful stay and host!

Pro: Il proprietario (Leone) è stato di une gentilezza estrema ed ha atteso fino a oltre mezzanotte perché il mio volo era stato ritardato. L'appartamento è in un'ottima posizione per visitare Venezia, è molto pulito, spazioso, luminoso, tranquillo e ben attrezzato. In cucina non manca nulla per chi volesse cucinare. Ho molto apprezzato il fatto che Leone avesse lasciato a disposizione della frutta, delle bevande (acqua, birra e succo di frutta) e delle merendine e marmellata per la colazione. Visto che l'appartamento era libero alla partenza ci ha gentilmente permesso di lasciare i bagagli dopo il check-out. Insomma, tutto più che perfetto e non vedo l'ora di tornare.

Leone met us from the Vaporetti and walked us to the apartment in about 5 minutes it couldn’t have been easier. I highly

Pro: It was very well situated,in a nice quiet area but within walking distance of all the main attractions. The apartment was very well equipped and spotlessly clean.

Contro: Nothing not to like.

Amazing apartment

Pro: Honestly this review is more of a 9.8/10. Location was great, perfect for walking into the heart of Venice. Was warmly welcomed by our host (and a big bowl of fruit!). Great fully functional kitchen, really large space which was comfortable and well air conditioned. We were also able to store our luggage for the morning which was extremely helpful!

Contro: The bathroom was a bit small however the size of the apartment greatly made up for this. The bed was also a little bit firm for our preferences.

Excellent Stay in Venice

Pro: Everything, the apartment is massive, larger than our apartment at home. Fully equipped kitchen with fruit. treats nice. water and beer in fridge, large entry area with balcony overlooking a small canal, lounge area with comfortable seating, palatial bedroom with huge amount of storage. and most important for the long time traveler, a washing machine. The host Leone is just wonderful, met us at the San Stae water-stop at 22:00 after a major flight delay and escorted us to the apartment, even helping us with the luggage. . The location is in a relatively quiet area, easy walk or water bus to major tourist areas, many cafes and restaurants near the property also a supermarket which has cheap but good wine. We wish we could have booked for longer.

Contro: There are several stairs up to the apartment which may not be suitable for the mobility impaired.

Wonderful stay in a fantastic apartment.

Pro: The apartment was huge and really well equipped. The lovely owner met us outside at midnight to let us in as we were on a late flight. Easy walking to all the sights and nearby restaurants.

Contro: Nothing.

Great apartment in central location

Pro: The apartment is large and very well equipped, even a washing machine. Good tv in seperate longe.

Contro: 33 steep steps from front door to apartment. Difficult if heavy luggage or disabled.

Venice stay

Pro: Apartment was huge, great location and we were provided with help with our bags going up the stairs and also provides with a bowl of fruit, juice, a beer for my husband and lots more. Highly recommend

Contro: You could hear the TV of the people living in the apartment across the canal and it was really loud, especially late at night

Pro: Amazing, huge apartment. Great communication and luggage help from the owner. Great quiet location but could walk to all the places we wanted to visit. Lots of good local bars and restaurants. Would fully recommend this apartment.

Contro: Absolutely nothing!
