Pro: Posizione vicina alla stazione a piedi e a san marco , rialto , vicino a servizi . Molto accogliente l’appartamento, munito di tutti i confort, molto gentile Fabio che ci ha accolto e presentato l’appartamento.

Contro: Le scale all’ingresso , 2 rampe non comode con i bagagli.

Pro: Appartamento molto carino in zona strategica e tranquilla. Molto vicino a Piazza Roma e alle grandi attrazioni della città, ma fuori dalla grande confusione. Fabio il nostro interlocutore, persona molto gentile e disponibile.

Pro: Great location and the master bed was comfy. Friendly and welcoming host.

Contro: It was a shame we had to pay a 50 euro fee for arriving after 7pm. We hadn't planned to be late, but our bus was two hours late so it was out of our control.

Lovely flat in a great area, excellent friendly host!

Pro: The location was fantastic- everything on your door step in a non touristy area full of local gems. It was quiet, clean and spacious. Fabio welcomed us when we arrived and showed us around the flat, he was helpful and friendly. He recommended the bakery close to the flat which was our go to for our stay- thank you Fabio! The flat was far bigger and more spacious than it appeared in photos and we cooked using the kitchen. We also enjoyed the tea and espresso machine provided. It was a lovely stay and good value for money.

Contro: The bed was a little hard compared to what we are used to, but still comfortable and we slept well as it was so quiet and clean.

Pro: Amazing hosts, Paola was super nice and met us on the street since the apartment is not easy to find when you first arrive. The apartment was decent for 3 people and location is great (short walk to vaporetto, close to many restaurants and attractions like Rialto)

Contro: Narrow stairs to reach the apartment - this should be highlighted on the ad for people with mobility issues. Shower water didn’t have much pressure

Pro: Location, wifi, comfort, value for money and staff.

Pro: The big space, the washer, sufficient mirrors, cosy apartment and good location made our stay very comfortable. Fabrio the host is very responsive and well versed in English.

Contro: The narrow flight of stairs to level 2 of the apartment is a lil challenging but all that's the unique part of 🇮🇹

Fantastic!

Pro: We were two adults and two children (11 and 13 years) staying three nights in this beautiful and comfortable apartment. The location is perfect in the historic centre of Venice, with walking distance to everything and yet outside the tourist crowds. Communication with the hosts was smooth. We received quick and clear answers to our questions upon the check-in. Fabio met us at the Stan Stae vaporetto station and followed us to the apartment with logistical information about the place, nearby restaurants etc. We highly recommend!
