Pro: The room with a story, the real Venetian room. You have the very strategic location, all the attractions are near. Beautiful bed, furniture, lighting are perfect. The only thing you can argue for is kitchen, which is under the level of room cost.

Contro: The kitchen is quite bad equiped with tools you want. For example, there is no olive oil, no modern equipment. You want to have more from the kitchen of 200+ Euro room.

Mr Franca and Mrs Franca has a exceptionally beautiful apartment in the vicinity of St Marks Square

Pro: The place was cute and close to the main city. There are couple of restaurants nearby for a quick bite and beautiful cafe. Mr Franca showed us how to operate everything inside the room and room access. Mr Franca was delightful to meet and quite hilarious. The room was kept in clean and tidy condition and they mentioned renovating the kitchen and bed as time passes.

Pro: Authentiek Veneziaans appartement in een levendige leuke buurt, lekker centraal en rustig.

Contro: Voor ons was het bad om in te douchen niet zo veilig. Ongeschikt als je wat ouder bent of niet zo goed ter been.

Für Venedig ein sehr gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis.

Pro: Die Lage ist optimal. Auch direkt vor der Haustür gibt es einen Bäcker für das Frühstück.

Contro: Mir egal, aber meine Frau hat das Bad nicht so gefallen. Zu klein, vor allem die Dusche mit den beiden Bodenhöhen.

Pro: Der Empfang war sehr sympathisch, herzlich und freundlich. Das Appartement ist mitten in San Polo und trotzdem ruhig. Ein tolles, lebendiges Viertel. Gastronomie, Museen, Supermärkte, alles ganz in der Nähe. Vaporetto San Stae, San Toma und Rialto fußläufig. Man ist schnell überall. Küche und Bad funktional, das Schlafzimmer ein Traum mit schöner Aussicht. Ich würde jederzeit wieder buchen.

Contro: Viel historischer Charme bedeutet auch, dass nicht alles auf hohem modernen Standard ist.
