Pro: Posizione, pulizia e gestione da parte della VeniceVillas

Contro: Sarebbe utile qualche stoviglie in più e i beni di prima necessità in cucina. Consiglierei un divano nel soggiorno living al posto di due letti per terra.

Pro: Appartamento molto pulito, dotato dei comfort necessari per un soggiorno con la famiglia! Personale attento e premuroso!

Ottimo posto, ben servito, staff gentilissimo (specialmente Manuele)

Pro: La posizione è buona per i vaporetti, la distanza giusta dal centro e la tranquillità. La struttura era pulita e con molti servizi. Lo staff è gentile e disponibile.

Contro: La mancanza di cuscini in più e qualche strofinaccio in più in cucina

Pro: The apartment is located in the city center, in a quiet neighborhood. It is equipped with all the basic necessities. Communication with the host is easy and convenient. I highly recommend it.

My wife Sue took part in the Vogalonga on Pentecost Sunday and Ca Marina was ideal.

Pro: Our host Bernadetta was exceptional in the months leading up to our arrival. I had not travelled overseas since I was a child of 11 years and I was anxious about the arrangements, which my wife and I did by ourselves without a travel agent. Bernedetta answered all my questions in detail over a period of about four months before we left and left no stone unturned to assist us.

Contro: The mosquitoes in the room !

Contro: Ausstattung der Küche könnte besser sein: teilweise zu wenig Geschirr, keine Weingläser. Leider kein persönlicher Kontakt mit der Agentur möglich, nur per Mail oder Whatsapp.

Nice convenient place to stay while exploring Venice.

Pro: I loved the location. We were within comfortable walking distance of everywhere we wanted to see (Doge's palace, Piazza San Marco, Grand Canale, and so many wonderful restaurants, shops, and too much to list. The room was spotless and comfortable. It was a great place and would stay again. The hosts were accommodating.

Contro: Make sure you're okay with stairs. If you're in shape, it's no big deal, but it is something you need to consider if you have health issues that make stairs difficult.

Amazing little place off the beaten path close to very delicious cappuccino, food

Pro: Very clean, nice area not far from water ferry. It was up from all the touristy things but close enough to walk to them .

Contro: Check in is so late but lady was so sweet and helpful . I couldn’t figure out washer and she came all the way back later to help fix it 😊

Pro: Spacious unit; excellent A/C; great quiet location not too far from main tourist sites; very helpful, responsive property management contact

Contro: Hot water in the shower goes out quickly, comes back soon; not a big issue during hot summer
