Pro: Bellissimo appartamento, in posizione comoda. Dotato di tutti i confort. Non ho dato 10 solo per piccoli accorgimenti in più che potrebbero esserci. Il proprietario poi è una bravissima persona e molto gentile. Grazie di tutto, non volevamo più partire! 😍
Contro: Tutto fantastico, sarebbe solo da pulire un pó meglio.

Casa eccezionale, Venezia bellissima, già voglia di tornare!
Pro: Ho affittato diversi appartamenti tramite booking, ma questo è decisamente il migliore! Posizione eccezionale a due passi dal vaporetto, zona tranquilla, ma solo 10 minuti a piedi da San Marco. La casa supercomoda e con tutti gli elettrodomestici possibili. Tutte le cose al posto giusto, dopo 5 minuti ti senti come a casa. Il proprietario molto disponibile, sempre reperibile, ci ha dato anche consigli utili per sfruttare al meglio il nostro tempo. Accoglienza ottima...prosecco, birra e acqua fresca in frigo, biscottini sul tavolo. Non si poteva chiedere di più!

Wonderful Stay in a Perfectly Located, Well-Equipped Apartment with a Great Host
Pro: We had a wonderful time in this apartment. The host, Marco, was very kind and helpful. The apartment is located in a great area with everything nearby: shops, the Biennale (Arsenale, Giardini). The apartment’s amenities were really good; the large kitchen had everything you need if you enjoy cooking, the living room is cozy, and so are the bedrooms! We were there during the hottest time of the year, but the air conditioning worked perfectly. The terrace is really pleasant, especially in the evening. Thank you, Marco!

Probably the best beer in the world (sorry... probably the best accommodation in Venice)
Pro: The host is a very friendly guy who helped us with an early check-in, we had amenities (wellcome drinks from host). The accommodation is very cosy, walking distance from San Marco on a very quiet street. The accommodation is equipped with anything you could want. We were easily in touch with him for any requests/issues we might have had. Grazie mille, Marco, per un viaggio magnifico!

Clean, cosy and spacious
Pro: The location, very central and we wanted to stay in the main island, we didn't want to travel every day so we could make the most of Venice. It was very clean and spacious. Fitted with everything you need, the apartment was lovely.
Contro: The only thing was that we were a group of 5 adults and maybe the sofa bed in the living room was a bit too small for an adult, it could be fine for a kid. There were two large sofas as well, but yeah the only sofa bed was a bit too small, but it was fine for a few nights. I think everything was perfect, but the sofa bed could be improved.

Pro: Super apartment. Beautiful tarasse. You can feel Venezian style of living. The host is really helping and when we were flying in he left us some biscuits, bottles of water and wine, because the shops were already closed. We felt really taken care of.
Contro: There are a lot of stairs which we didn't mind but it might not be an apartment for elderly people or people with disabilities.

Pro: It is my best trip to Venice. Apartment is big , comfortable and very romantic. Terrace is cherry on the top. Location is perfect.

Great apartment, would definitely stay again if we return to Venice!
Pro: What a great apartment! Nice location close to many things but on a quiet street, beautiful terrace, and featuring all the things we needed for a week long visit. Marco was extremely kind and check in was fast and on-time.
