Piccolino, carino e in posizione strategica rispetto ai punti di interesse.

Pro: Nel mini appartamento c'è tutto quello che serve per cucinare e la posizione strategica per visitare la zona di San Marco e Giudecca. Vicino ci sono negozietti dove fare la spesa e un'ottima panetteria.

Contro: La comunicazione via WhatsApp un po' in inglese, poi in italiano con incursioni spagnole...insomma non so con chi ho chattato, e non ho mai incontrato nessuno. Tutto automatico. L'ultimo giorno ho seguito le indicazioni ricevute per buttare le pattumiere, ma mi han condotta in un posto dove non c'era alcun deposito. Ho perso un sacco di tempo a chiedere ai passanti e faceva caldissimo. Voglio dire: dal momento che il turista fa la differenziata, potrebbero buttarli loro i rifiuti visto che è così complicata la gestione a Venezia. E' lontano dalla stazione. Le tovagliette per la colazione sembravano essere state usate e non sostitute, quindi abbiamo fatto senza. La camera da letto e il bagno danno sul retro di un ristorante; meglio tenere le tende tirate per un po' di privacy e le finestre chiuse per evitare odori e rumori.

Pro: Buona posizione sia rispetto al centro città che ai mezzi di trasporto per eventuali gite. Monolocale molto carino e attrezzato per soddisfare ogni necessità.

Fantastic location

Pro: Location is extremely close to the water & main hub of activities, while still located in a quiet, charming street. Room is tastefully decorated & has everything you need; iron, fridge, aircon, washing machine etc. Host was very thorough with directions & greeted us on arrival.

Amazing location, less than 10 minutes from San Marcos Basilica.

Pro: Venice Neighbours were super helpful and informative for the key handover. Sent over lots of useful information for restaurants and an AI nightbot for any questions during the stay.

Great accomodation!

Pro: Everything was great! The host was right on time for checkin and the apartment is just like in the pictures.

Comfortable apartment in great location

Pro: The apartment is well located, in a quiet neighbourhood in easy walking distance to Saint Mark's Square. The apartment has good facilities, a comfortable bed and a good bathroom. It was very clean. The host was very helpful and accommodating, allowing us to check in earlier which was greatly appreciated. They offered lots of recommendations of places to eat which was also greatly appreciated.

Pro: The apartment is really really cozy, clean and well equipped. The location is perfect to explore all parts and area of Venezia. The host is very nice and provided all the information needed to enjoy the days in Venezia.

Contro: The garbage policy in Venezia is very strict and it requires to dispose of the garbage in very specific locations in very specific times of the day. For a tourist, this is extremely hard to deal with due to the limited options available. It would be way easier if the host could dispose of the garbage and not to apply a fee to the guest who leave the garbage in the house.

Great place to stay in good location in Venice

Pro: A big reason we booked here was because it had a washer and dryer, so we could do our clothes in the middle of our trip, but it was the best accommodations we had in the 4 cities we went to. The location was great and the apartment had basically everything we needed. It was a good size, clean and quiet, while only 2-3 minutes' walk from the south waterfront and the Arsenale vaporetto stop, as well as from the docks where our Murano/Burano tour left from. The bed is actually a queen size mattress, which was nice, not 2 twins pushed together like a couple other places we stayed. I learned you have to ask if the beds have a queen mattress, not ask if it is a queen bed, which some places will say twin mattresses with queen-size sheets are. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and a few grocery stores as well, where we bought some basics for breakfasts. The check-in was remote, but went smoothly. Thank you for a great place to stay.

Contro: The only thing I would say is that it was simpler to just buy the vaporetto passes on the boat than buying tickets through the link in the information they provided, then having to go to another station along the docks to get passes. Just find out which dock goes to Arsenale, get on that vaporetto, and you can pay on board.
