Fine settimana di svago molto piacevole!

Pro: Casa spaziosa e confortevole, situata in una posizione strategica per raggiungere le principali attrazioni di Venezia.

Contro: Spese extra per il late check in ( non sarebbe male installare un dispositivo per il self check in come ormai avviene in tante altre strutture) e mancavano i kit cortesia in bagno…

Soggiorno molto piacevole appartamento spazioso molto silenzioso e ben tenuto

Pro: Posizione perfetta la zona è molto bella e comoda, fuori dal super caos

Contro: Cucina molto molto piccola

Highly recommend the apartment!

Pro: Elena was an excellent host, very nice and helpful. The apartment was extra clean, great views, excellent location, close to everything. We were very satisfied, I highly recommend the apartment. Greeting and all the best from Skopje, Macedonia :-)

Convenient base for a visit to Venice

Pro: The apartment is in a very convenient and quiet location. There was a lovely view of the Grand Canal and well equipped kitchen and dining area. We found the apartment warm and cosy for our winter stay.

Contro: We booked for 5 people but the apartment was only set for 4. There is also only limited hot water, not enough to run a bath for the kids just enough for short showers.

Venice is a nice place once you figure out the water bus routes

Pro: Actually, my first impression of the property was gloomy as the pictures must have been taken in the summer when the property was fully lighted and very bright. After the dark and gloomy feeling, the amenities available in the property became more appreciated - washing machine with a dryer, a well equiped kitchen, clean apartment and a small window of the famous Venice grand canal waters. Location was good with the water bus stop close by, 7 minutes walk from the property. This allowed us to explore the whole of Venice conveniently and cheaply.

Contro: The builing is old like all buildings in Venice but this property is very functional and has all you need to have a comfortable stay. A mini market, good restaurants and easy reach of the Grand canal makes it a place that I will come back to stay. However the Gondola near the apartment by the waterway next to the restaurant is a rip off. Its normal ride was quoted at 120 euros. But when I asked to be dropped off at Piazzale Roma after the ride, he increased the quote to 150 euros and all I got was a ride from my location at the restaurant to Piazzale Roma. No waterways ride tour.

Pro: Quiet, peaceful place in the old part of the city. Only 10 minutes walk from the train station. Apartment on the 2nd floor of a historic tenement house. Great view from the window. Everything you need is in the apartment. So you can cook without any problems. Comfortable beds and clean bathrooms.

Pro: 简直超出我们的预期，服务特别周到，地理位置非常好，就在水边，而且景观一流，出行特别方便。房间非常宽敞，所有设施一应俱全，感受到家的温暖！极力推荐，下次来一定还会入住此处！
