Just perfect for our family

Pro: It was just perfect - so central, but quiet and cosy - we loved it for our family of four!

Pro: A beautifully renovated apartment with new furniture and tasteful decorations. Everything was clean and well-maintained. The spacious living room was perfect for our family to relax and spend time together. From bedroom you can watch gondolas passing by on the canal. Being on the ground floor, the apartment was a bit darker, but that’s to be expected and didn’t affect our experience. Great location, situated halfway between the train station and San Marco. The host was very friendly and welcoming.

Pro: It is one in a million. It has everything a holiday maker will aspire to. We have returned this time and hope to return again. It is difficult to pin point which of its features stand out. We liked the location, the ground floor accessibility, the facilities it affords and above all the unparalleled service. Sara and her team went out of their way to ensure our stay was memorable.

Pro: We had a truly wonderful stay! The apartment is in a perfect location — spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Sarah was so kind and gave us a great restaurant recommendation, and we loved it so much that we went there every evening. Everything felt easy and relaxing. Thank you for making our trip so special!

Pro: The apartment is stunning, has everything you need and makes you feel like you're a local. Hosts have decorated to a very high standard and provide everything you need.The beds were extremely comfortable. The welcome note explains the TV, internet etc we didn't use the oven as we ate out but they provided everything you would need. Loved the local tips for restaurants and hosts were really helpful with any questions or queries you might have 10/10 all round

Fantastic host and lovely comfortable apartment in a great location in Venice.

Pro: Sara was a brilliant host. We were sent very clear instructions on how to collect our key and find the apartment. I asked Sara many questions about transport, local supermarkets and where to eat, her answers were always very prompt and clear. The apartment was very clean and so comfortable and spacious and in a quiet area but still central and very close to Rialto Bridge and San Marco. We had an amazing week in Venice and it was so nice to come back to a warm and comfortable apartment. Thank you so much Sara for a wonderful stay.

Contro: It was perfect, so nothing to dislike.

Our experience in Venice was wonderful and the Apartment played a major role in it.

Pro: Everything there was exactly as in the pictures of the property. Host Sara and Emma who stood in for Sara later on, were very courteous and helpful.

Contro: We would have preferred a Walk In Shower as we have difficulty to step into a bath.

Spacious, clean, cool and will defo recommend

Pro: Large spacious apartment which was very quiet and had great Air Con. Easy to get the keys to get access. Sara the host was very friendly and we contacted her by Whatapp for advice on transport routes and she was very happy to help us. Would definitely stay again / recommend
