Pro: Buona posizione x spostarsi a piedi dentro Venezia

Contro: L'alloggio ha problemi di scarico nel bagno, dalla doccia arriva un cattivo odore terribile che se dimentichi la porta del bagno aperta come abbiamo fatto noi non puoi entrare in casa dalla puzza.Dopo quello che guadagnano con l'affitto cosa gli costa chiamare un idraulico x fare sifonare la doccia.

La tranquillità a Venezia

Pro: La struttura accogliente e pulita. La zona tranquillissima. La cortesia e la disponibilità della signora con cui abbiamo parlato.

Pro: The location is just excellent, close to St.Lucia station which is very convenient when you have to carry your luggage all the way . And so close to the shops , restaurants and the canal right there .

Contro: It was a little chilly on the first night . The apartment is specious and it feels fresh but not really cold .

Fabulous apartment.

Pro: Wonderful apartment in a quieter part of Venice but still in easy walking distance of all the sights. The hosts were incredibly responsive to questions on our arrival.

Excellent location and comfortable stay

Pro: The apartment's location is excellent, with numerous restaurants and bars nearby. It was clean, remarkably spacious, and fully equipped for a comfortable stay.

Contro: Unfortunately, there was an issue with the heating system as it was not functioning properly during our stay.

Good place to stay close to the station.

Pro: Spacious apartment. Good heating. Nice shower with good pressure. Clean rooms and linens. Lots of plates. Easy to walk to from the train station. Good selection of pots and pans, oven had an oven tray. Dishwasher a bonus. Shutters block out all the light, which is great for sleeping.

Contro: The bathroom smelled. Could do with some bigger drinking glasses. Somewhere to hang wet jackets would be helpful.

Pro: Located in Venice itself. I picked it because it’s walking distance from the Train station and walking distance from the vaporetto station to the airport. It is a fair bit of walking when you’re pulling heavy luggage or going to buy the croissants in the morning (very good and reasonably priced at the Despar supermarket) The apartment is very large and was comfortable for 4 people. Good bedding.

Contro: The kitchenware (pans etc…) could be more complete

Pro: Very good location, close and far enough of tourist epicentre.
