Pro: Tutto, a parte qualche difficoltà di contatto iniziale, tutto è andato benissimo. Grazie ai gestori per la cortesia e complimenti per l'appartamento

Contro: l'unico particolare, ma appunto un particolare, lo sfiato dell'ARIA CONDIZIONATA NEL CORTILETTO PROPRIO VICINO AL TAVOLINO, CHE CREA CALORE. MA RIPETO: UN PARTICOLARE.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo, l'ho già consigliata ai miei amici.

Pro: La posizione, per noi che eravamo a due passi dal luogo di lavoro, è stata eccezionale. Abbastanza vicina alla stazione ferroviaria e in una zona molto carina e piena di locali. E poi Santa Maria dei Frari è meravigliosa ed è a due passi.

Pro: La casa è bellissima, arredata con gusto e in posizione fantastica: centrale ma lontano dal caos .

Contro: Non ho nessuna critica da fare ma dei consigli : Qualche mensola in più bagno e nella doccia e un corrimano lungo le scale sarebbero utili. Il resto è stata tutto perfetto.

Piccola ma ottima

Pro: Piccolo ma ben organizzato e arredato con gusto e intelligenza. Pulito e ben attrezzato. Accogliente per il periodo invernale. Posizione ottima. Accoglienza ugualmente ottima.

Contro: Anche se giudizio è positivo, ci sono un paio di dettagli migliorabili: in un bagno lo specchio è molto piccolo e difficile da usare per persone non alte; nell'altro bagno servirebbe mensolina piccola nella doccia per poggiare saponi.

Pro: We loved everything about this gem of a property. Very spacious bedrooms and ample living space . Great that it had downstairs toilet as well as two en-suite’s. Plenty of glasses, cricket etc and tea and coffee facilities. Outside terrace was added bonus .

Contro: Not a thing.

Absolutely lovely

Pro: Gorgeous, warm, clean, comfortable and charmingly decorated. Great area close to everything yet peaceful. Lovely host met us when we were so late arriving. Everything was perfect. Only tiny improvement would be a tap or hand help shower attachment in the red rooms bathroom. But we loved having two big bathrooms and an extra toilet. Loved the private court yard. Very secure and pretty

Great sight seeing location and a perfect base to explore in a quiet part of town.

Pro: Excellent location , the property was lovely decorated to a high standard , very authentic Italian , 2 good sized double rooms with their own bathroom , near to cafes , restaurants, 20 mins stroll to the main attractions., thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Contro: There was nothing to not like

This is a place you’ll want to return to.

Pro: The apartment has everything a family of four needs. It features comfortable beds, a fully equipped kitchen, and elegant finishes throughout. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, ensuring comfort, and there is well-functioning air conditioning in every room. The location is excellent, and the terrace adds extra space, perfect for sitting or dining outdoors.

Contro: There are practically no issues, but if I had to mention something, it would be two things: the boiler's efficiency—you can only use the shower in one bathroom at a time—and the uncomfortable furniture on the terrace. However, regarding the water, we were in Venice, so it didn’t really bother us.
