Pro: Posizione perfetta per visitare la città. Casa accogliente, pulita e dotata di tutto il necessario. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa nostra. Grazie anche alla signora Sabrina che ci ha consigliato posti molto validi dove cenare. Sicuramente da consigliare

Pro: The location was great for getting around. The accommodation was comfortable, well appointed and the information was great.

Contro: We had to deal with refuse removal ourselves which was tricky. It is said the municipal refuse removals would be available in our area until 9h30 each morning. This was not the case, with the refuse boat having left by 08h30 both times I went down, which led to unnecessary stress and time wasting on a holiday trip. There are clearly nuances that the locals understand but are tricky for visitors.

Lovely place near the heart of Venice.

Pro: It is a very lovely place, right near the famous places in Venice, but it is not noisy. The rooms are spacious and have all you need. The staff who greeted us at the door even at 23:00 were very friendly and explained everything thoroughly. I will definitely look out for your place again in the future.

Contro: The check-in process is very office like. I have not been able to check my emails previously before our coming because of busy schedules and it is such a hassle to email you when we arrive, set us a google meeting etc..i find it very outdated in this day and age. We also cannot be accommodated for our heating . It is set to 19C. And we are not allowed to put it up or to turn it off, so we were a bit cold.

We had a wonderful time with family & would love to return. Thank you

Perfect for a visit to this beautiful city

Pro: The apartment was comfortable and well equipped in a very central position in Venice. Situated in a lovely square. We really enjoyed our stay here

Wonderful Venetian apartment in fantastic quiet location.

Pro: Great location - easy to walk to everywhere, although also not too busy with tourist crowds, so perfect if you prefer a quieter spot! An authentic Venice apartment overlooking the canal with modern comforts. The apartment had everything we needed and was secure. Host greeted us at apartment and went through everything. Loved the history of home which used to be part of the attached church.

Contro: Not a complaint but we did have to pay a security deposit (which was unusual as we haven’t paid a security deposit at any other bookings.com places we’ve stayed in our travels) so worth nothing for other travelers to be prepared for this. It is mentioned in booking information so shouldn’t be a shock. Also have not received it back yet and it’s still pending on my card.

Overall a great place to stay with family and kids.

Lovely apartment in Venice

Pro: Very good location, easy to find and a 5 minute walk to all the main attractions, situated on a Canal which you can see from the bedroom windows.

Contro: The only thing which would be good is a mirror in each of the bedrooms as it only had 1 bathroom, and there were 6 of us trying to get ready, but that is a minor thing.
