Contro: Bagno bello ma senza bidet. consiglio di aumentare i rotoli di carta igienica in dotazione e di dare una rinfrescata ai cuscini colorati (perfetti quelli del letto) e ai copriletto.

veramente un'ottima locatione per visitare Giardini e l Arsenale.

Pro: Gestione perfetta per il ritiro delle chiavi. Gestore gentilissimo e disponibilissimo anche nel risolvere contrattempi capitati agli occupanti come nel nostro caso. Bravi.

Pro: Everything was fine. Apartment is very functional and well designed. The kitchen is full of utensils. Very good contact with the Owner - he sent us a lot of useful information and recommendations.

Pro: Very cute and cozy apartment that is comfortable for 4 people! The location is great, near the park on a small quiet street. The boat station is near, but you can walk to the town center without a problem. The host is very helpful, his instructions were very clear.

A characterful apartment is a superb location - recommended.

Pro: This apartment is in a superb location - very close to the Giardini vaporetto stop, the Biennale gardens and an easy walk along the front to the Doge's Palace and Saint Marcs Square. Despite this central location, the immediate surroundings have more of a mix of locals and tourists, with some nice cafes for breakfast along Vai Giuseppe Garibaldi. The apartment is in an old building and reflects that in the layout. The two single beds are in a room that the entrance comes into, with a curtain for privacy, the double bed is in a large room that also functions as a seating area. The apartment is decorated with many pictures, ornaments and lamps, with something of an asian vibe. The host was very responsive and gave lots of detailed instructions and responded promptly to any queries. The apartment was spotless. For those with kids, it is just a short hop on the Vaporetto to Lido and the long sandy beach there as a break from the sight seeing.

Contro: This is an old building on the second floor, with a fairly steep staircase for the last floor. The main room is in the roof area, so there is limited headroom above the double bed. These weren't an issue for us, buy might not suit someone with mobility issues.
