Pro: Casa stupenda, fiore all'occhiello l'altana, posizione centralissima e con tutto vicino (negozi, supermercati e attrazioni, forno, tabacchi, fermate del vaporetto) in una zona molto carina. Proprietario gentilissimo e sempre disponibilissimo, sin da prima il nostro arrivo. siamo stati benissimo, è stato veramente un soggiorno meraviglioso

Pro: La casa è ristrutturata da poco ed è molto bella, dotata di tutti i confort. Terrazza fantastica!. Proprietario super disponibile e gentile. Posizione spettacolare a metà strada fra rialto e San Marco ma defilata rispetto al caos dei turisti. L'appartamento è su più piani essendo una casa autonoma.

Ottimo posto, assolutamente consigliato.
Pro: Casa estremamente pulita e molto ben tenuta, gestori presenti, affabili ed affidabili; molto belli i bagni, il wifi ha sempre funzionato bene.
Contro: In effetti non saprei cosa potrebbero migliorare, ha funzionato tutto bene.

Heaven on earth and the perfect house to make your stay in Venice magical
Pro: We loved EVERYTHING about the house and our stay. The house is in the perfect location, with everything you need nearby and within walking distance to San Marco square. The street and surroundings are quiet and beautiful. The house itself is stunning, has loads of character, offers great comfort and has everything you may need. I would gladly have stayed an extra week there. Matteo was also the perfect host, ever so friendly and helpful, offering stacks of advice from a week before arrival and replying to questions and texts within no time. I honestly do not think we could have found a better accommodation to stay in. It was paradise indeed!!

A perfect location to explore the amazing Venice.
Pro: Location is super! It's right in the middle of Venice and we could venture out to the different directions by foot in the early morning before the crowd and coming back to the property to relax before we go out again. The landlord is very helpful and easy to reach.
Contro: Mattress is soft, but it's a personal taste or issue.

Pro: Just WOW! Everything was absolutely perfect, Mattios home is the most beautiful place we have ever stayed and looking forward to going back. Location is spot on with the best little cafe for breakfast just over the bridge only 50 meters away. Thank you so much, Mattio, and it is lovely to chat with you about your beautiful home.

Pro: Matteo is a very kindhosted person- he performed his hospitality as our old frend. He went out of his way and helped us not only move in, but also helped us book our excursions and restaurants, gave us recommendations on what places are best to visit, he also made sure that our staying in his apartment was as comfortable as possible. Not only that, but apartment also had all electronics necessary for a comfortable life, such as a washing machine,iron, hair dryer etc. All of our experience was truly amazing, living in this apartment felt like we weren’t on a trip, it felt rather special, felt like home. The apartment itself on the inside looks like a museum, gorgeous paintings on the walls, aged wood, stone walls, all these details make you want to come back to Venice, and stay here once again. Lovely renter, apartment, and lots of fun 10/10 !
Contro: July, August - Weather to hoot- . April, May, Septrmber- should be prefarable. For Venice two days are not enoughe- minimum is 4-5 days.

Stunning Venetian Property
Pro: Beautiful authentic Venetian home. Perfect for our family of 4. Large open space with lovely rooftop terrace. Matteo, the owner was extremely helpful with recommendations and suggestions on things to do and places to go. Location perfect as only 5 min walk from both St. Marks Square and Rialto Bridge. Finest home I have stayed in throughout my travels.
