Wendy luxury apartment

Pro: Appartamento ben posizionato, ampio e pulito, con una struttura bellissima, travi a vista ed archi. Bagno nuovissimo e spaziosissimo. Cucina completa di ogni elettrodomestico e ampia nel salotto davvero carino ed accogliente. Consiglio vivamente. Il proprietario cortese ed il check in puntuale.

great place. The restaurant that belongs to the owner was amazing and the hosts were pleasant.

Pro: We got the keys from the restaurant attached to the room. They allowed us to store our luggage there until our room was ready for us.

Contro: the smaller beds could definitely use some newer mattresses.

It was a good apartment — a few additions would make it great.

Pro: The location was great, really close to the Rialto Bridge, and the restaurant where we picked up the key was great too. Good food, friendly staff. The apartment was clean, with a terrific bathroom.

Contro: There wasn't much natural light and only bright overhead lighting, the cooker didn't work (although a hotplate was provided), and the only saucepan had burnt/dried on food in the bottom.

Pro: Coint little apartment in the middle of Venice, can’t fault anything. Staff were amazing, greeted us within minutes of us arriving.

Pro: Great location. Pleasant and comfortable accommodation. Private and reasonably quiet.

Contro: Difficult to find and no communication with host. Thanks to a previous review I knew I could ask at the next door restaurant and they were very helpful and gave me the key. They seemed, however, a bit irritated that they were always being asked to do this. A key box could be a good solution.

Pro: We were met promptly by the hosts who allowed us to drop off our bags as we arrived earlier than the check in time.

Contro: This is a beautifully renovated apartment, well located and ideal for a family of 4. A few minor adjustments would make for a much more comfortable stay. We chose an apartment with a kitchen because we wanted to prepare our meals, however we discovered the induction stove did not work (fortunately, there was a plug in hot plate that allowed us to prepare basic meals. It is evident the owners have never lived in the apartment as the short comings would be obvious and easily rectified. For example there was no plug for the kitchen sink and not a single tea towel was provided, some other basic utensils were similarly missing. Little annoyances like this somewhat diminished what was otherwise an excellent stay.
