Tutto bene ma da rivedere i posti letto

Pro: La posizione dell appartamento. Vicina a tutte le bellezze di Venezia

Contro: La poltrona letto che è inutilizzabile. Ho preso l appartamento per 4 persone quindi 4 posti letto ma, a turno, abbiamo dovuto dormire sul divano che, seppur piccolo, era meno scomodo della poltrona letto

Pro: La casa era pulita e ordinata con alcune extra come latte, bottiglie d'acqua. La padrona e'stata carinissima e pronta a respondere a qualsiasi domanda.

Accogliente e tranquilla

Pro: L'alloggio è molto confortevole, i proprietari simpatici e gentili hanno pensato a tutto facendoci trovare tante cose in omaggio per noi,come caffè, briokes, acqua,ecc... posizione un po defilata ma facile da raggiungere con il vaporetto che in 10 minuti ti porta in piazza San Marco. Che dire tutto perfetto e lo consiglio a chiunque voglia stare tranquillo

Contro: Secondo il mio parere, andrebbe sistemata la televisione, purtroppo unica pecca dell'alloggio...

Pro: Accoglienza perfetta puntuali nell'orario della consegna delle chiavi. Appartamento ampio con piccolo terrazzino. Posizione perfetta, silenzioso ma vicino a bar e ristoranti.

Excellent location, small garden at the back, close to center and restaurants.

Pro: Very close to the center and restaurants and shops. Clean, Venice specific design of the house which we liked.

Excellent house

Pro: It was the cleanest house we've ever stayed in. There was not a single missing item in the house. We stayed in the comfort of the hotel. The rules sent to the hotel before arrival are a bit tense, but it is not a problem.

Contro: Location is perfect in the local area but a little bit far away from the historical places.

It was an amazing stay

Pro: The terrace, the location, the fact it was ground floor

Contro: I would have preferred a more flexible option for check in as it was hard to be punctual, but we managed it in the end, and the host was very sweet. Thank you Haydee and Pierpaolo

We had a lovely stay, ythe accommodation met all our expectations and was in a lovely quiet area

Pro: Our flight was delayed and we arrived quite late and the owner met us at the water bus stop and walked us to the apartment. It was a lovely friendly welcome.

Perfect!

Pro: Everything. It was a lovely place to stay, clean, tidy, well looked after, great facilities, fantastic communication & information. Only a few minutes walk to tourist areas but good to feel we were away from it too. Super place!

Contro: The only thing that could improve the apartment is air conditioning. There were 3 fans but it was very hot while we were in Venice.

It was a convenient and pleasant stay!

Pro: It was clean and spacious, with all necessary facilities.
