Posizione e alloggio top!

Pro: Ottima posizione in un quartiere ancora autentico di Venezia. La casa è molto grande e spaziosa. Vicino cicchetterie frequentate dai residenti, ristoranti e supermercato. Ci siamo trovati benissimo!

Contro: A mio avviso l'unica cosa che potrebbe essere migliorata è l'installazione di un condizionatore nella camera da letto. Il ventilatore in dotazione ha fatto comunque il suo dovere ma, come ci aveva avvertito il proprietario, la sera fa caldo in casa

Venezia: bellissima citta´, il tempo era brutto, per fortuna avevamo questa casa confortevole!

Pro: Ottima posizione, vicino Piazza San Marco e alla fermata del traghetto San Zaccaria. Casa spaziosa, silenziosa, vissuta, interessante, antica, anche con bei libri e guide di Venezia in italiano e in tedesco che ho utilizzato. Cucina fornita di tutto, oltre alle stoviglie anche ingredienti base tipo olio, sale, zucchero, caffe´, vari detergenti, lavastoviglie funzionante e lavatrice (non l´abbiamo usata). Buona qualita´ prezzo. Host sempre gentile e disponibile.

Contro: L´umidita´ e il cattivo odore nel bagnetto, piu´ pulizia a fondo, il contenuto in disordine dell´armadio in camera, abat-jour in salotto con scritte che se si accende fa puzza di bruciato, alcuni sportelli con contenuto in disordine del mobile in cucina

Pro: Given the prices of other places in Venice it was perfect. Everything was withing a 10-15 min walk. The place is old, but given the price and Venice itself we didn't expect anything else. It is perfect for a bigger family that wants to stay in Venice on a budget.

We loved it

Pro: We liked everything: from the location, to the size of the house, to the quality of the mattress, to the authenticity of the place which gave magic to our stay. It was perfect for my trip with my friends, everyone from different countries were very happy and thanked me for finding this amazing place. I thank the owner! Grazie! Ps: I had read the reviews before traveling and now that I saw the house I am surprised… it makes me think that people who complain looking for perfection perhaps should stay at their home and not travel at all 😜

Contro: The kitchen is cold

Pro: We took it for 4 people (a couple and two friends) and there was very much space for us. So we got 3 rooms for sleeping and 2 bathrooms

Pro: On adore Venice et on a adoré la maison. Très roots mais magique.

Contro: La pluie

Heel leuk-zou altijd graag weer hier komen wonen

Pro: Het was gewoon perfect. Alles werkte (behalve de vaatwasser, die wij toch niet nodig hadden). Het was gewoon authentiek. Perfecte ligging. Alles dichtbij. Genoeg ruimte. Host goed bereikbaar. 🥰

Contro: Alles was goed. Okay,de deuren en het slot klemmen een beetje en de waterkraan in de badkamer druipt. Nou en-absoluut geen hinder van gehad...

Wypoczynek

Pro: Dużo miejsca i blisko do głównych atrakcji. Ciche i spokojne miejsce.

Семейные выходные

Pro: Расположение в центре Венеции, но на спокойной улочке, где нет толп туристов и тихо, аппартаменты большие и удобные, есть маленький приватный внутренний дворик,

Contro: Проезд в Венеции стоит 9,50 евро. В Риме было 7 евро, в Милане 6 евро. Дорого, но оно это заслуживает. Но дорого - почти 10 евро. А с аппартаментами всё классно.
