Cà 3 Leoni - Romantic House in the heart of Venice

Pro: La casa è molto bella e accogliente, arredata con gusto, piena di piccoli dettagli piacevoli. C'è tutto quello che ti può servire, letto e divano comodi, cucina attrezzata, bel bagno, ci sono anche a disposizione varie guide di venezia e diversi bei libri. Il sottotetto con il divanetto è il posto perfetto per rilassarsi e leggere dopo una giornata in giro per la città. Siamo state benissimo, torneremo!

Pro: appartamenti carino su due piani, accoglienza molto piacevole.

Very nice house in the heart of Venice. I’ll put 10 if no problems with cold and microwave.

Pro: Great location, 5 minutes from St Marco. Nice apartment, very soft mattress. 5 minutes from vaporetto, no ladders, very simple to reach with luggage.

Contro: 2nd floor (attic) is lower than you can think looking on the photo. No possible to stand if you higher than 140 cm. Very cold on ground floor. Cold floor in the bathroom and no slippers. Microwave not working and starting smoke when I try to heat the food. Host tells me “please don’t use it” but not offered the new one. It’s a little bit complicated to find the door of you arrive at the night.

Nice apartement in a great location

Pro: Perfect location: a few minutes walk from San Marco square in an area full of restaurants and bars but in a very quiet side street. Nice apartment and very clean.

Perfect for a long weekend in Venice.

Pro: A lovely little town house laid out in an unusual way. Everything was clean and efficient and close to St Mark's square. It had lovely details and a functioning kitchen

Contro: That there were no sheets for the pull-out sofa bed - apparently they had to be pre-ordered which is very unusual. It was a pain when you arrive with a friend late at night and didn't want to be sharing a double bed together. Also the hot water tank was very small - and definately not suitable for the bath - but perfect for showering. I'd definately rebook - but would make a note to pre-order extra sheets.

The owner has cleverly separated the bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom, making the living space feel even more comfortable. What's really special, though, is the landlord – they're incredibly friendly, warm, and always ready to help. We're really grateful for this wonderful stay and appreciate all the assistance from the lovely host. Thank you so much!👍❤️

Excellent location and property to enjoy Venice from.

Pro: Edvige the owner was extremely helpful throughout the whole process, with comprehensive instructions on getting to the property and was very available during our stay. Daevin the manager was excellent as well. Property was comfortable and very homely with an excellent location.

Great two storey apartment, has all you need

Pro: Very well equipped, the bed is super comfy and spacious. I like that the property is over two levels and it also has a small, secluded outdoor space to enjoy your coffee or evenings.
