Casa Flavia ai Morosini - Luxury apartment with Canal View

Surreal location, we felt like we got a privelidged taste of the real Venice. Hope to do it again!

Pro: The location is awesome, it's far enough away from the main tourist craziness of Venice, yet close enough to make it easy to see the attractions. Sensational views, could spend so much more time sitting in the comfy chair in the kitchen, watching the to and fro on the canal.. unbelievable. The beds were super comfortable, and the ability to shut out the noise and sleep is amazing. The whole place is spotless, truly luxurious with all the little extras, awesome information and recommendations,

A beautiful house in an excellent location.

Pro: The location was perfect. The style of the house was amazing.

Contro: The second shower was a bit too basic as it was a wet room/ toilet so we didn’t use it as a bathroom.

Beautiful apartment with the best view in an excellent location.

Pro: This is a beautiful apartment in a perfect location (far from crowds, yet walking distance to everything). Stations for the vaporetto to and from the airport as well as Lido/Murano/Burano is within a few minutes walking distance. The same for the lines cruising through the city. You have the best view from the windows of the apartment. Just in a canal so you sit and watch the gondolas pass by. This was particularly exceptional for our little one who enjoyed the view as much as we did. Apartment perfectly equipped. Anything you need is a few minutes away (restaurants, super market, city centre, landmarks). We would definitely go back to this apartment. The hosts are very helpful and kind! They assisted with the stay from the moment of booking until we finished our visit to Venice. Gave an extra special touch to this amazing destination.

Absolutely amazing

Pro: The apartment was absolutely amazing , true to all the photos but even better in real life . The windows open onto the canal and it’s so magical sitting looking out , especially the purple chair ! The lounge is also great with a large window that opens .with designer furniture. Wi-Fi is good and the beds are very comfortable. The host met us at the property and she was very professional. She organised all the transfers for us . There were lots of bars and restaurants in a lovely square very close by . We would definitely stay here again as it made our stay in Venice very special.

The most memorable place to stay in a magical city

Pro: The apartment is simply stunning and the views of the canal are unbelievable. Venice is our absolute favourite place to visit and this apartment made it even more special. Great location, wonderful host. Can’t fault it even the slightest bit.

Wonderful stay, enjoyable and hope to come back

Pro: The location is prime, very easy access to restaurants and shops nearby. Everything was clean, bed are comfortable. Owners are very friendly and helpful throughout!

Pro: The canal view from the apartment is amazing !! Everything , deco, facilities of the apartment exceeds expectation. Cafe, restaurants, shops all within walking distance. We have a late flight and is able to park our luggage !!

2 nights was too short - wish we had more time to enjoy the apartment!

Pro: Location was perfect - easy walking to all the sights but quiet in the evenings. Water taxi dock and gondolas were conveniently located nearby… and the view from the window - well it is real!!

Contro: We had a pesky mosquito on the first night. Discovered the plug-in afterwards - otherwise a great apartment!
