Pro: Posizione strategica, praticamente dietro Piazza San Marco, la Signora, nonché proprietaria della struttura di una gentilezza e disponibilità fuori dal normale, appartamento dotato di ogni comodità e pulizia impeccabile.

All’ombra di San Marco

Pro: Posizione eccellente, dotata del necessario per un appartamento. Struttura che consiglio per un weekend lungo a Venezia!

Contro: Una sola piccolezza riguardante la doccia e il sifone che eroga acqua a bassa intensità.

perfetta per un paio di giorni

Pro: posizione ottimale immersi nei vicoli del centro di venezia ,trovare le chiavi e stato semplice e veloce dalla stazione san marco ci sono voluti all'incirca 2 min a piedi per arrivare alla casa quindi posizione super!!!!

Contro: diciamo che la casa e un po piccolina pero giusta per una famiglia con un bambino ,altra cosa un po spiacevole ma nulla contro la struttura e il fatto che siccome si trova proprio al centro la sera e un po rumorosa

great apartment in an excellent location

Pro: The host was great, very communicative and very quick to respond to our questions. The apartment is in an excelled location, not far from San Marco square and the vaporetto stop. There are some great restaurants close by as well. If you are in Venice, make sure you do the Secret Itineraries tour of Doges Palace. we really enjoyed the look into the other side of the palace and its history. .

Contro: nothing at all. Be aware there are 2 flights of stairs to get to the apartment and you will need to carry your luggage

Pro: Clean comfortable apartment fully equipped. Comfortable bed and sofa.A quiet place at night and in the morning. The apartment is a 30-minute walk from St. Luci train station.Venice is the pearl of Italian cities.A gondola ride provides a lot of impressions from local carriers operating these water vehicles. You can learn interesting historical information about Venice.Thank you, Anita, for the warm welcome in the apartment for all the information she gives to us about how to get around Venice and what worth is seeing. The city is beautifully full of small shops, cafes, restaurants, craft shops, antiques, and bakeries. Beautiful museums, basilicas, churches, squares, delicious and not expensive food. To avoid standing in queues, it's best to get up early in the morning. Please remember. If you want to be allowed into a place how basilicas or churches, take care of appropriate clothing covering the shoulders and shorts to a minimum of the knees. Iwona and Adam

Contro: It was a funny situation. I don't know if I should write it. We probably remember it for the rest of our lives. Please watch out for the mean seagulls. One of them dived in flight and in a second ate my son's entire ice cream and half a waffle😆😆😆.

Great stay, great communication with owner, would definitely stay again.

Pro: This was a beautiful, clean, well-equipped property that was centrally located. There were so many eating options close by.
