Pro: Ottima posizione per conoscere la Venezia più autentica, tranquilla e silenziosa. Casa spaziosa e pulita. Traghetto molto comodo per raggiungere il Lido e qualunque altra destinazione.

Felt like you we’re living in Venice!

Pro: Situated in a quiet part of Venice, but within a relatively short walk to a great supermarket and a lively street with restaurants , bars and more shops. Even a vegetable stall on a canal! There is also a park close by and easy to walk to the main tourist areas. The property was comfortable had everything we needed to cook some of our meals. Even a spare umbrella to borrow which was useful!

Pro: We have been in the apartment for the second time. We love the location, the people of the apartment are super friendly, clean and you have everything what you need. Easy and uncomplicated checkin/checkout.

Contro: The single bed, when you turn around, it creaks every time.

Good view and overall good stay.

Pro: The variety of things for example the food and the dishes. The view to the canal was beautiful.

Contro: It was really hot and had a lot of mosquitoes but they had three fans for the heat and mosquitoes spray and laser so it wasn’t that bad.

Pro: Everything was fine. Easy check in, easy, check out. The owners were friendly and sympatic. It was very clean and if you like to cook there are basics like salt, pepper, etc... We loved the area, which was quiet and not a lot of tourists.

Great base for our family break in Venice!

Pro: Great host who was able to accommodate are later arrival. Great facilities and space for our family of 5 (X2 adults & X3 kids). WiFi good. Location quiet but easy walk to main sites along Via Garibaldi and ACTV waterbus stop close by at the other side of San Pietro island. Would definitely stay here again.

Contro: Beware, no Alilaguna waterbus (from airport) stop nearby, when arriving late. No fault of the owners however!
