Pro: We had a lovely stay! The view and accommodation was perfect, we loved the area we were in and the hosts were nothing but lovely, couldn’t recommend more, thank you for making our stay better, we miss it already

Great little place and amazing host

Pro: Great little place for a stay in in the quieter area. Easy to access places like the main streets and the more greener areas of venice. P.B. was a first class host. Very accommodating and super responsive communication. Was really helpful in arranging a cot and also allowing us to check in after missing our intial flight and delays on our final flight. Really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone thinking of coming here.

Lovely clean place ❤️

Pro: The cleanest apartment I’ve ever seen. A bit far away from the city centre, but the location is lovely anyways. Quiet, almost no tourist around. The owners would reply on my messages really quickly :) Thank you!

Pro: The apartment is completly equiped, with everything that is needed for the good stay. Great location in quiet area, with no tourist, about 20 minutes walk to the main center via Garibaldi street. Three are shops, cafes and restaurants near by. Paolo makes great service, is very helpful, answers very quickly and provided us with all needed information. We could do lat check out, without additional costs.

Pro: Conveniently located – area is mainly flat, nice and quiet, close to shops, restaurants, street food bars, and still away from tourist crowds. Vaporetto stop is within 15 minutes’ walk, Piazza San Marco is the second stop on vaporetto or you can walk along the Venetian Lagoon side. Very clean and spacious apartment, nicely renovated. The management is very friendly and welcoming, really take care of the customers. They help you with a smile and answer every question you have about your stay in Venice, took the time to point onto a map the directions to all the places of your interest. Very professional all of them. Highly recommended.

Pro: Localisation à la fois calme et proche des commodités (transports, commerces). Appartement spacieux et bien équipé (la cuisine équipée est un vrai plus). Hôte réactif.

Pro: Muy cómodo y con todos los elementos necesarios para quedarse unos cuantos días

Contro: Todo muy bien

Pro: El apartamento está muy bien cuidado y equipado. Zona muy tranquila. La atención recibida por parte de Paolo y giulia ha sido estupenda dándonos consejos sobre restaurantes, transporte, etc. Muy limpio, bien de amenities, dos aire acondicionado, cama muy cómoda, café y dulce típico de bienvenida. Nos encontramos con el aire ya encendido y casa fresquita y además enchufe antimosquitos.

Contro: Un microondas es un must en un apartamento con cocina si quieres calentar aunque sea leche. El apartamento en sí es una casa con dos tramos de escalera. Tal vez un poco lejos si quieres estar cerca del centro e ir frecuentemente al apartamento pero la zona es tranquila y muy cercana a una avenida con restaurantes, supermercados...

Pro: Très propre, bien équipé et bien placé. Hôte à l’écoute et réactif.
