Pro: L'appartamento è in un quartiere tranquillo ma vicinissimo alla Biennale Giardini e Arsenale e a 20 minuti a piedi da piazza San Marco. È piccolo ma funzionale e pulitissimo è in più ha uno spazio esterno con tavolino e sedie, vicino ad un giardino. Letti con materassi comodissimi e cucina attrezzata, abbiamo anche già trovato olio sale zucchero caffè e una serie di bustine da the, vicino al bollitore. La due ragazze che si sono occupate del check on è check out sono state gentilissime, dato che il check out è alle 11.00 ma noi volevamo visitare ancora la Biennale fino a sera, abbiamo chiesto di venire alle 10.00 e ci hanno accompagnate in un locale in corso Garibaldi dove abbiamo potuto lasciare in deposito i bagagli con modicissima spesa. Io ero con due amiche e ci siamo trovate benissimo! Torneremo!

Bello ma non per persone alte
Pro: Appartamento ben arredato. È situato in una zona molto silenziosa. Terrazzino gradevole.
Contro: L'altezza sotto travi e porte è di 1,85 cm. Il meterasso del letto matrimoniale è sfondato, una conca. Dunque se siete alti questi due aspetti sono sgradevoli. La tazza del water è rotta. Per andare sul terrazzino bisogna passare dal bagno.

Pro: Appartamento molto silenzioso e perfettamente equipaggiato. Posizione adatta a raggiungere le attrazioni per chi ama passeggiare. San Marco si raggiunge in 20 minuti a piedi. Materasso comodo.
Contro: Tutto meraviglioso. Piccolo neo: l'appartamento è poco luminoso

Authentic location, clean and comfortable, great value too.
Pro: A clean, well equipped and comfortable apartment in a very authentic part of Venice. The patio, which overlooks a garden, was a serene retreat and was very sunny in the morning. I stay in Venice at least once a year and this apartment was one of the best I've rented. Great value for money!

Great stay: sightseeing&relax
Pro: Location: a quiet, untouched area close to Venice's main tourist attractions, two vaporetto stops within walking distance (easy access to the beach on Lido and to the center and other districts of Venice), quite good and uncrowded restaurants nearby, the cheapest coffee in town in the Castello district, an ideal area for relaxing after a day at the beach or sightseeing. Host: accessible, helpful with directions, communicative, and responsive. Apartment: low, but spacious enough for two or three people, well-equipped kitchen, shaded but therefore cool on a hot day (of course, the AC is working)
Contro: Internet connection: enough for surfing, to weak for live conf call (if you don't need it during vacation - you even won't notice it). Maybe some shelf in the shower will improve comfort ;)

Great location
Pro: Property is located in a quiet little area and still within walking distance of amenities and main areas. The outside area is a lovely touch for the morning and eating breakfast. Check in was smooth and easy, the property spotless throughout. Lovely little place to stay.
Contro: Could have just done with some instructions on using kitchen appliances as couldn't get the oven to come on. Seal around shower doors leaked and made floor quite wet but reported on check out. Access to rear courtyard is through the bathroom so may be off-putting for some.

Great location
Pro: The apartment was in a lovely location- the side of Venice where the Venetians live, which had a really nice atmosphere. It was about a 10 - 12 minute walk in pleasant surroundings to the nearest vaporetto stop, so easy to get into central Venice, but there were also plenty of local restaurants and basic shops close by on the Via Garibaldi. The apartment was spacious and looked very new and clean.
Contro: The terrace wasn't great and we did have a problem with the washing machine leaking.
