Biennale Apartments Venice

Cosy and comfortable apartment outside busy touristy area with local charm.

Pro: The host is very helpful, she met us in person and gave us a lots of tips about where to find good food and what to do during New Year celebrations. The location is nice quiet. We love the nearby street where markets, fresh food and nice cafes are. Easy to walk to centre of Venice as well. There is a park , water transportation and lots to explore. We bought fish and sea food from local market which are really fresh! This is a pleasure to be able to cook lovely food while on holiday!

Contro: It’s a flat so sometimes you can hear footsteps from upstairs.

Very enjoyable

Pro: The location was very good. Conveniently close to the vaporetto stop. Within 20 min walking distance of San Marco. Ideal for the Arsenale and the Biennale garden + expo. Really enjoyed staying in San Pietro island it's a lovely area not overly touristy. It has mini supermarkets and several restaurants. We also managed to book a water taxi to pick us up locally. Roberta was very helpful at all times, a fabulous host!

We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment and in Venice, Roberta was excellent.

Pro: Mary, Ava, Orlagh and Oonagh visiting from Ireland. I think the apartment was a beautiful traditional Italian apartment very well kept and very bright and spacious. The owner and host Roberta takes a lot of pride in keeping it well and she was always on the other end of the phone for any queries or questions we had and gave us great recommendations for our stay in Venice.

Lovely apartment..clean. bright. Well decorated and looked after. Nice quiet location. Amazing host.

Pro: Roberta was excellent at communicating how to get to the property and where to meet her. She answered any questions I had quickly and efficiently. She explained everything so clearly and was so friendly.. she walked us to the property and let us in and then gave really thorough instructions. She was a fantastic host. She left flowers as it was my mum's birthday. She had excellent communication and really helpful. A fantastic host.

Contro: Very minor I thought on the property listing there was a private garden but wasn't obvious when arrived or shown it. Other than that the property was wonderful well kitted out and had everything we needed.

Excellent quiet location for Art Bienale !

Pro: Very quiet appartement. Cozy. Kitchen a little small for 5 people but OK. Host explained everything. Very close to Bienale !

Contro: Kitchen OK for 4 people, a bit small for 5.

Beautiful apartment with friendly host

Pro: Beautiful apartment near via Garibaldi! Very spacious and tidy, clean - quite exceptional! We came for the Venice Biennale so this apartment was ideally located - such a short walk to Giardini and Arsenale, we couldn’t ask for more! Our host, Roberta had great communication skills and was super friendly and helpful. In short, we will definitely be staying here again! Thanks very much for hosting us!
