Tre Archi Garden Apartment

Decisamente comodo

Pro: La posizione è ottima per i trasporti. Se amate i letti di ferro, le travi, le lampade in stile, le tende ricamate, i giardini è proprio per voi... Ambiente tranquillo, dal canale uno non si immagina neppure possa esserci questo vialetto verde nascosto. Bagno bello e funzionale, con ottimi prodotti, presenza di olio, té, aceto, sale, caffè con la moka (più di una, in realtà...). I proprietari, gentilissimi, so sono fatti in quattro per risolvere a velocità lampo, sera di prefestivo e Halloween, un problema tecnico indipendente dalla loro volontà (operai che avevano staccato il gas...)

Contro: Niente, ci tornerei... Spero che, visto il numero di appartamenti nel complesso, si riesca a sostituire la serratura del cancello sul canale, un po' antipatica se si è di fretta (ma non è un grosso problema, visto l'ingresso alternativo sul retro...). Poi, ormai si sa che io non vedo bene i piumini, pur capendone le ragioni, ma questa è una mia idiosincrasia...

Pro: Close to everything but away from the busy square easy to catch the waterbus just a few steps away

Pro: The host were very welcoming and nice. Quick responses to inquiries. The place was close to Venizie saint lucia train station that made it very easy for check in as no need to lift baggage from venice bridges. Believe me there are lots of them in venice

Pro: The location was near the train station and easy to get around on foot to the main attractions.

Lovely modern flat

Pro: loved how clean and comfortable it was, very neat and everything working as expected. loved the bath, though the shower had pretty weak water pressure, but a lovely bathroom regardless had everything I needed for cooking in the kitchen, some oil, salt, pepper was available as well as coffee and some tea. The little terrace was a nice private spot for some fresh air with breakfast as well. the location was nice, right in a quiet but still well situated location with lots of restaurants and shops nearby

Pro: Ideal and quiet place for relaxing, window are on the north side, so there is cool and no need for air condition.

Pro: The location was very good, near to railway station and vaporetto stops. Everything was in walk distance, and the apartment was very quiet and had it's own small terrace.

Contro: Some of kitchen equipment didn't work properly.

Pro: Lokacija, prijaznost, urejenost, mali a dragocen vrtiček, zasebnost, občutek varnosti, mir, opremljenost.

Contro: vse v najboljšem redu.

Pro: Great location, great A/C for summer season. Very equipped, with a nice garden in the back. Betty and Toni where great hosts also. And the complex where the apt is located is very nice too.

Pro: Ground floor apartment was very warm and cozy. Very clean. Betti is a friendly host. No issues with check in and check out. Great location 15 min walk from bus station. Iron and hair dryer was provided. Good kitchen facilities.
