Great place for short or long stay.

Pro: Nicole Elisa was very good host (No self check in available) , she did her best to come to hos us as she is hosting another guests at the same time. the apartment is clean , and the furniture's were new. Hot water and free Wi-Fi is available it's near to the ferryboat station and to the train and Airport bus station, also 10 minutes walking from the supermarket. the apartment is comfortable and big enough for a family of 6 members.

Pro: The location, privacy, proximity to restaurants and vaporetto stop. Great space for 3 friends sharing. Pretty neighbourhood.

Enjoyable stay in a comfortable well located apartment

Pro: The apartment was ideal for us as a family of four. It was a short walk from the bus terminal but also easy to get to the main sites in Venice. It was well equipped-my only suggestion being maybe a filter coffee maker rather than the dolce gusto machine! Other than that it had all we needed for our stay

Contro: Filter coffee maker as suggested and maybe a hand towel for the kitchen-there may have been one but we didn't find it
