Good location and great value for money. I would definitely come back.

Pro: - The property is in an excellent location, easily reachable in just 2 stops with the Alilaguna water bus (shuttle service from Marco Polo Airport). Piazza San Marco can be reached in less than a 20-minute walk. - The apartment is located in a typical historic Venetian building, while the interior appears to have been recently renovated. The space is well designed and equipped with everything you need (living room, bedroom, and bathroom). Good level of cleanliness. WiFi is included in the price and works quite well, which is very important considering that there is very limited mobile phone reception inside the apartment. - The girl in charge of check-in is extremely helpful with information and clear instructions on how to carry out both check-in and check-out. - Excellent value for money.

Contro: - The apartment is equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine; it would be a nice touch to find a few courtesy pods upon arrival. - The internal walls between the apartments were poorly soundproofed (probably due to the age of the building), to the point that conversations from the two adjacent units could be heard clearly and distinctly, almost as if they were taking place inside my own apartment. This was not a major issue for me, but for someone who is a light sleeper it could be a significant drawback. More attention should have been given to soundproofing during the renovation. - When I asked if there was a place to leave my luggage after check-out so that I could collect it later, I was told that I could leave it in the entrance hall of the building, but unattended and accessible to all residents. I would suggest setting up even just a small storage room or installing lockers to accommodate this type of request.

Pro: La localisation au cœur de Venise pour un prix correct. Le quartier calme et sympathique. La proximité de la place saint Marc et du vaporetto 4.2 et 5.2. Les deux salles de bains. Les 2 belles chambres et les lits confortables.

Contro: Le bruit important du compresseur de la climatisation . Le peu de luminosité de la pièce de vie renforcée par les travaux actuels de la facade. Le check in décalé de 2h.

Pro: Хорошая квартира, чисто, постели чистые, есть все необходимое для комфортного пребывания.
