Stupendo soggiorno.

Pro: Alloggio posto in ottima posizione, vicino alla stazione ferroviaria e alle fermate dei vaporetti. Generose dimensioni che lo rendono adatto anche per il soggiorno di 4 persone, Comodissima terrazza coperta, bagno di sufficienti dimensioni e cucina ben attrezzata con lavastoviglie e tutto il necessario per cucinare. L'appartamento dispone inoltre di aria condizionata e lavatrice. L'host molto cordiale e disponibile.

Contro: il materasso e i cuscini del divano letto.

Great venician experience

Pro: We enjoyed our staying at the apartments. It has its own authentic vibe. The host Luisella met us. And she was so charming! The apartment is calm and cosy, really clean. It is very important for us. The bed is comfortable. The kitchen is pretty well equipped. If we come back we'll stay here again!

Pro: Excellent location, close to public transport. Cozy, quiet apartment with a view of a beautiful courtyard. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay. The hostess was very kind and helpful.

Pro: The location is really convenient and the apartment was spacious, warm and comfortable. The hosts were very friendly and Matteo gave us clear instructions regarding facilities.

Great Venice accommodation

Pro: Very warm and cosy flat in a quiet area. Ideal for a couple.

Perfect place to explore Venice from.

Pro: Fantastic apartment,which was spacious and in a great area. About 20 minute walk to St Marks Square, but there is the vaporetto very close if you don’t fancy the walk. ( we walked all the time though as it is such an interesting city to wander through) Fairly close to the train station. Some great restaurants very close by. Loved the outdoor area, even though it was winter, we still enjoyed a cuppa on the terrace.

Contro: The bathroom had a bit of a funky smell, due to the drains and age of the building I guess. We just opened the window every now and then to air it out, so was not a problem. Would not deter us from staying again or recommending the property. Just a suggestion….Some dishwasher powder/ tablets would be good to have, not sure if it is usually, but we could not find it.
