Pro: La posizione strategica, vicino alla stazione e alle fermate del vaporetto, in una zona viva ma non chiassosa come San Marco. La gentilezza e la disponibilità dell’host, Adriano, che ci ha dato ottimi consigli per il viaggio. La struttura è dotata di tutto ciò che serve per un soggiorno confortevole.

CANNAREGGIO

Pro: Appartamento posizionato al piano terra, spazioso e molto luminoso. Dotato di ogni confort (provvisto anche di prodotti per le pulizie). In frigo e in dispensa tutto il necessario per fare una prima colazione. WI-FI funzionante. Check-in/out velocissimo ed indipendente. Situato a Cannaregio vicino al canale, 5 minuti da supermercato, 8 dalla stazione S.Lucia, 3 minuti dal Ponte delle Guglie ..... Centralissimo.

Pro: Great location. Adriano and Barbara were very helpful making our arrival easy and welcoming.

Contro: Was a slight damp drainage smell, but could that be the normal smell of Venice???

Pro: The apartment is located in a quiet part of the town is nice, tidy, equipped with everything you need during your vacation. Everything was perfect! Absolutely safe. Special thanks to Adriano for the hospitality and the opportunity to enjoy the holiday even more!!! He was the best of the best! Totally recommend!

The location showed the parts of Venice you wouldn’t normally see if you were closer to the main sites .

Pro: We were met and welcomed by Adriano who made us feel welcome giving us recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing. The property is located a short walk from the station and is quiet in the evenings despite being an easy walk to all the sights on the main island. The vaporetto stop for murano and Burano are also nearby. The hosts Adriano & Barbara were gracious and responded quickly to our questions. The apartment is well furnished with everything you need to have a wonderful stay in Venice. I hope to stay again in the future & be reacquainted with Adriano & Barbara. Just wonderful

Pro: That's utterly magnificent! Very close to bus and train stations and yet in a very calm neibourhood - and you have Cannaregio channel just nearby. It was very pleasing to find abundant breakfast provisions (such as croissants, toasts, youghurts) and coffee machine with a plenty of capsules. Adriano and Barbara are charming hosts, it was really very nice to chat with them a bit. And their cat Elettra was so kind to greet us as well ^_^ Overall, a great stay to remember.

Contro: The bed can seem a bit hardish as well as pillows but that's a matter of taste.

Good information in WhatsApp about how to find apartment before arrival Comfortable apartment a short walk from Santa Lucia train station and Guglie Waterbusstop with connection to airport. Also situated in nice local area Cannaregio with good possibilities for shopping and good local dining.
